EBI always starts off the week with a bang and last night's episode was really well balanced with developments happening all round. We also got a hint of a possible SR scene being shown (hogi hogi team maybe you guys weren't wrong...who knows haha). Time is of the essence so let's get straight into Shegufta's analysis!
1. Parental love and influence (Nandu/RP):
I actually really appreciated the Nandu/RP scene today where they talked about how similar they were to one another; never loved as much as the younger sibling. Even though I had little sympathy for them, I realised that there was a comment about parenthood and the effect it has on a child psychologically being made (whether it's intentional or unintentional).
In an ideal world, parents never have favourites and they love all their children equally because every child deserves to be loved no matter what they're like. However in the real world, people have their own prejudices and their own choices and sometimes parents shower more love on one child than the other because that child has earnt it. Tara is that child who earned that love and tenderness from her parents because she has always been pure and good from the heart. She stood up to assume the responsibility that Nandu should have taken as the eldest child in the family. But does that mean Nandu didn't deserve her parents love? No it doesn't and I don't think that she was completely ignored eIther.
There's evidently some favouritism on the part of Dadu for JR but then again like Nandu we see an one-sided story where they were never loved and their younger sibling got all the attention. We still don't know what RP's life has been like in the entirety so I can't say whether he is like Nandu or whether he actually was wrongfully neglected.
Moral of the story: Try to shower equal amounts of love on all your children. Be strict but always explain to them their mistakes with genuine concern and understanding. If you fail then you'll end up with children like RP and Nandu who are manifestations of jealousy and hate.
2. Questions?
Did SR happen?
If so will they show more?
Tara has seen her father's picture so can guruji be her father?
What excuse will Tara come up with tonight?
Will Nirmala find out more about her missing son?
Also everytime I see Mriara, it's like I fall in love with them over and over again. They manage to reinvent their love and longing for one another every single time! They never cease to amaze me and they never get boring! :)))))
p.s Hit the CM, comment on profiles and answer the questions I've asked haha 😆
