MJ has many other priorities over Tara, but Tara's world revolves around MJ because the sword is hanging on his neck, she feels the sand is slipping out of her hands hence she wants to hold it tight and her love is more pronounced than MJ's.
As about choosing her husband over her mother I think its about standing for the truth and standing for a person who is innocent and very close to you. If for a time being I chose take of one of my left hand more than the right one doesn't mean I'm partial towards it. It means it needs immediate care and attention over the other.
As for MJ showering love over Tara I can just hope that he does.

Yes tara's love is deeper,more profound nd worthy of being called 'ishq' which is the highest level of love! Not lik MJ's who, i feel, dznt realy love tara yet, he just likes her bcz she has been arnd him 4 quite sm time.
By standing against her mother,Tara withstood the greatest pull that cud have separated her frm MJ, so i feel this act wz vry significant. Her mothr used to mean the world 2 Tara, now she has given that place 2 MJ. And if she feels that he will never reciprocate her feelings, she wud be hurt badly.
