These were some very smart demons, who in the end realised that the supreme power is killing them, so asked for the boon & the were granted. Even Mushaka was a demon, used to trouble people, when defeated by Ganeshji, he asked to be his vahana.

Going back 😊 to the original qs asked by Minakshi- I also thought about the same qs when I watched the episodes of Jayadrath/ Hiranyakashipu getting a boon 😊. Now, I feel it is always the Asuras (/ any ignorant Soul) who are responsible for their actions and not Brahmaji. Brahmaji is only doing his duty by granting the boons. As mentioned by you all that after doing a 'Tapasya', it would be wrong for Brahmaji to deny a boon. It is completely the 'independent action' by the Asuras which brings on the misery to the Creation and which as a result invites Shri Hari/ Shiva to destroy them or to give them Salvation. Brahmaji only gives them what they deserve. The Lord (Bhagwan) always gives 'complete freedom' regarding the 'Karm' done by any Being, He does not intervene in that. It is this very 'Karm' which brings on the end of any particular Rakshasa after reaching a limit.

Now coming to the misery faced by the creation (i.e.- the 'common people', who faces the atrocity by those tyrant asuras/ kings). So I feel, that was their 'praarabdh' (which gets determined by the actions they have done in the previous birth) that they will take birth during that time and will face those consequences. Only after going thr' those experiences, they will become 'free' from their 'praarabdh'.

Otherwise we cannot find any justification for the experiences they go thr' during their lifetime. We have to consider the fact that the Lord knows about the 'destiny' of all the animate and inanimate objects. Any boon from Brahma or any action by any Rakshas or evil/ ignorant soul can not do what is not 'predetermined' by the Lord. When an evil/ ignorant soul reaches its limit (as mentioned by Vrish) and when the 'karmaphal' of those Souls (common people) gets nullified, then only the 'sanhgaar' of that evil/ ignorant Soul is done by the Lord. In this way the 'balance' of the Creation is maintained.
