Welcome back. Like Varaali said, please join in our quiz game - the serial itself is now a saas bahu show, w/ Krishna sometimes intervening, and sometimes leaving it to Vidhi ka vidhan.

Okay, today, Manju - the vamp - continued trying to sabotage Lata's mom, but in the end, Krishna caused her to confess to her friend that it was she who sabotaged everything. Manju regained her consciousness, but was told that the friendship was over, and that she was not to go there ever again. Hopefully, the track of torturing Lata's mom is over, and Govardhan can now focus on bringing down Lata's own malkin and family.

I'he never forgotten Krishna. The makers buttchered the story & the show so much, that to get my sanity back had to go in Mahadev's sharan😆

would love to join the quiz, have seen the thread & realised I hardly have any knowledge as you all about Krishna. But will try sometimes😃

Now they're doing it w/ totally fictional characters, which is better. I had problems w/ them distorting the character of Sudama and those of people around him, but now that they're working w/ completely fictitious characters, i don't have a problem, and am watching it in b/w IPL overs as light entertainment. Incidentally, they covered Pradhyumna somewhat okay - they dropped a lot of stuff about Mayavati and his Kama avatar and had Krishna himself guide him to kill Shambara, but other than that, they didn't distort the story as badly as the ones about Sudama & Paundrak.

The quiz show here is easier than the one in the MM forum - just ask any question, and whoever answers gets to ask the next one.

So you're here now that Sati is happily married to Shiva under circumstances highly inauthentic as far as the puranas go?

Current DBSK reminds me of Ramanand sagar's Saibaba, which most of the time had all crying & unhappy people's story, many were fictions, which went on for a long time. I used to get tired seeing them while surfing.

Devipuran has this Swayamvar version. Refering to Puranas has created many interesting confusions & discussions, that I had to actually look for divinity in the show ( it must be on pg 2 or 3 now- Where is the divinity in the show) when there was strong arguments about high fiction & deviation from the original story & this is not the way God should be shown😆.

I came here to meet you all & just got the news that even Parvati will be shown & Sati's phase has just started so there is a long way to go.

I am loving that show because I don't see it from only Purana's story, but also meditation, yoga, kundalini, higher spiritual knowledge, Astrology erc.,have written an OS- The realisation, which I thought can never be possible in a Mytho, but this Morden age Mytho has made many things possible.

Game in MM was difficult, ask simple Q here for ignorant members like me😆

Today's update - Krishna sees that Manju is not repentant of having mocked the blindness of Sumitra, so he causes Manju to have an accident on her way home & lose her eyesight.

Rest of the episode was largely around that. Manju's hubby took her to a tantrik, who told them that she was being punished by god for mocking the blind. When Sumitra & Lata learned of her blindness, they were overwhelmed w/ sorrow, since they've decided to start competing in the Imagine sweepstakes for the Mahadevi of the channel award against the likes of Preeto, Kopal and Mahi. Narada explains to Jambavati the rationale behind Krishna's decisions.

On the other hand, Kamala - the bratty daughter of Lata's malkin - has a b'day today so they're all celebrating it, and have Lata and Govardhan working to make the arrangements. Govardhan as usual mocks Krishna, irritating Lata, and finally, he points out to Lata that it's her b'day as well, so why's she not celebrating. Lata tells her that she would be doing her puja to Krishna and his blessing would be really special for her.

So I'm guessing that tomorrow, it'll be the turn of Lata's malkin and family to get Govardhan's punishment.

Watched only some of the sc.s of yesterday's ep.

Was quite amused to see Govardhan teasing Lata about her devotion regarding Krishna 😆. How weird is the story 😕...

Absolutely! Almost like he's trying to make an atheist out of her.

Was today the last episode of the show, given the announcement about the channel shutting down?

Okay, highlights of today's episode, in case anyone's interested - Manju's husband is initially sympathetic to her, but that wears off very quickly as she fumbles in doing every task, since she's blind. On the way, she gets flashbacks of the way she treated Sumitra. At the end of it all, her husband was discussing taking another wife, and had suggested that she return to her maayka until she regained her eyesight.

Lata was asked to come back next day for Kamala's b'day. She told the malkin that she too had her b'day (what a coincidence) and the malkin mocked her. Then she had the usual tiff w/ Govardhan.

Wondering - should I hope this serial ends w/ the malkin and her daughter getting punished? Honestly, I don't care whether Manju gets saved or not - more important is Krishna giving his DanD to everyone 😈

Let's see what they show tomorrow!

Hii everyone !!! 😃

i watched an epi sm days ago where sm kind of competition was going on..culdnt stop😆 ... but more than that i was sad that the creatives has so much messed the show ... not just this track ...every story they showed had a fictional touch...

'm actually surprised hw did they just start the show without a complete preparation...Paundrak n Sudama track was a torture...well its ending now n 'm nt so sad abt. it...
