I've been through quite awful flooding but the city, govt, and everyone just stepped up... So didn't really feel it as much.

Thank God I'm much better now. Thanks for asking... Holiday season is coming so hopefully will get to relax a bit.

Yeah I understand about the chaos and infrastructure with any calamity. Some of my friends work in the city and power company... They were doing 24 hr shifts trying to make sure essential services aren't affected. It was crazy... And of course we were on alert beforehand that the river banks may give way with the amount of rain we had been having. The worst was I was alone that week cuz my entire family had flown to another city for a cousin's wedding. I remember getting bottled water , flashlights etc etc before the flood hit us. Offices were closed because the roads etc were all flooded... Luckily we weren't affected as we live on a hill. But it was really bad and eventually I booked my ticket and joined my family in the other city.

Hi guys... Hope all chennai guys r dng good... Few of my cousins n friends live n work there... Few r safe n few r struck... They r not getting help... Just praying.. Few of my friends who live in AP also having rain problems... Just praying... Its really sad to watch d news... Take care guys...
