I stay in tiruvanmiyur, here no problem of flood water...
but from morning no power...I went to market in the morning to buy... no use.. no vegetables no milk no bread

inside the house...from Monday.. charged my mobile with inverter now
as per weather report...these rains will be there till Friday...so be away to Chennai...

No adequate armed forces to rescue ppl here,...Fear of snakes and reptiles also more,...Really frustrated guys,...

BBC was showing how chennai residents are helping one another with all the flooding.

I've been through quite awful flooding but the city, govt, and everyone just stepped up... So didn't really feel it as much.

and abt emergency... it depends on area it seems...Apollo pediatric branch closed,but one emergency came...so the hospital sent the ambulance to the doctor home and taken him to hospital and dropped him back to his home by ambulance... this doctor is my friend's jijaji...
