Yes and no ... Yes it is possible and no because you should always have a balance between mind and heart so it doesn't consume you. In my opinion, while that intense love does exist, it's up to us to make sure it doesn't take over us completely. That can be unhealthy - but if it's mutual and healthy then it's ok. It can't be all heart because that in reality is asking for trouble.
