Not sure if I can pin-point the exact moment... but here are my thoughts.
I think Arjun had an inkling before marriage that Radhika too had some feelings for him, even if she was clueless about it. After his engagement and during the whole Saral drama is when he started to notice her every nuance in detail. Remember the morning of 2nd kum kum scene ... where she nurses back the bandage on his hand ever so gently and he asks her point blank "Why Saral"?! With her really naive answer about "relationships", he knew this girl would be in way over her head if she did actually fall in love. We have to remember that Arjun is much older and experienced than Radhika.
i feel that scene was more about his love for her than her feelings for him. he was majorly in love with her by then. he was pissed off with her trying to stop him from beating up saral for misbehaving with her. he wanted desperately to hear from her that she wasn't marrying saral because she loved him. i feel his heart could have taken her being forced into marriage as a reason for her being with saral but not the fact that she was in love with saral. that is why he kept probing her because he wanted her to openly admit that she didnt love saral ... forget loving him, he wanted to hear that she didnt even want to marry him or tolerate him.
After that, every moment these two shared, I think somewhere Arjun had a hunch she reciprocated (albeit not completely) his feelings. If I think back to their conversations (during sangeet, mehndi etc), he would always be miffed or upset when she would reply him with "Sam" in her answer. He was 1) jealous that Sam had all of Radhika's attention, and 2) his patience would wear thin thinking how can she not realize this is not just about Sam! He picked up on all her details - the way she would talk to him (during their friendly moments), compared with Saral or Neil or Teji. Plus he had to notice how she reacted naturally to his touch (be it subconsciously even): all the times he wiped her tears, or brushed her hair back, or grabbed her hand - there was no resistance from her side. These are all little things guys pick up on. lol.
agree with what you are saying here...but i guess he too was muddled up and didnt want to admit it fully when he wasn't even allowing himself to admit his feelings for her
though i don't think he was ever jealous of sam. with sam it was more anger. he was pissed off that radz was going all this for someone who didnt deserve it or value her friendship. radz was giving up and comprising on things just for sam. in hind sight i feel that a lot of the times when sam was insulating radz he didnt act on it may be not just because of revenge thing but also because he wanted radz to see what she was sacrificing everything for...for this person who didnt deserve it. when radz didnt counter and cried, he couldn't take it anymore and stepped in to take her away the time in the office. i feel that even with the divorce paper thing, he was pissed of by the radz thinking he didnt belong to her and belong to sam and pissed off that she wouldn't follow her heart and pursue her love when he clearly knew with that himmat dialogue that it wasn't that she didnt love him it was that she wouldn't accept/pursue that love.
Further when he found out that she thought he was out to kill Sam - he was extremely hurt by it not only because that is what she thought of him, but it made him doubt that "inkling" he had about her feelings. But it was after the lizard hugs and her setting out to prove that Nandini had indeed planned to kill Sam ... when they get locked in that store room - the story he told her about the girl falling in love, he had originally implied for the girl to be in fact Radhika. Funny enough, in that entire scene, he was the one who realized how much in love he was with her, and he was in fact the girl in that story. Anyway, when they woke up in each other's arms - I think at that time Arjun knew she can deny all she wants but somewhere she feels for him too.
@ bold - agree. i think that lizard scene was where he had inking of her romantic feelings towards him. remember post the second hug, when he pulled her closer? she willing went close to him and would have hugged him mutually...of course as you said, he turned the tables on himself with the storeroom scene, if he hasn't accepted his feelings even then, that was the wake up moment for him. but then i also feel she was affected as well. it was more her zid and sam thoughts that stopped her from reacting post the first moment and deny any feelings. did you feel that too?
For me, the telling moment for me was when she refused to divorce him and he wanted to know why - because he did tell her he would leave everything if she tells him this is not just about Sam. But she told him the whole "himmat and haisyat" stuff - which made him even more upset - because by that time he had truly started to be jealous of Sam! And then later at their wedding party thrown by Samrat... when he tells her "Tum kuch nahi jaanti ho ... kuch bhi nahi jaanti" - it was his way of telling her about her naivety when it comes to their relationship. That dialogue summarized everything that had been building up inside of him since quite some time.
@ bold - agree. but again i don't think it was because he was jealous of sam. he was just angry that radz thought he belonged to someone else..to sam when he knew in his heart he didnt and couldn't belong to anyone but radz, he didnt like it that she didnt realise after than entire - please give me a reason other than sam for no divorce - that she still thought she wasn't the mrs mehra in his mind and that it was someone else...like sam.
