If u notice, the first time they played their signature song 'nafratto mein milli' when Arjun carried Radz in his arms to his car when she was with the kids at the guy's place who had given her lift on his cycle :)

Having said that I too feel it was during the lift scene that he felt a strong physical attraction and the beginning of love for her. Before that he admired her, even if reluctantly, for her loyalty, her guts, her lovely "baatein" lol
