I have read many posts that say Neil should stay away from Sam just distance himself from her.

Its a very complex situation for him. He just cannot distance from the gal who has been his best friend for over 20 years. They have shared everything together , its not easy to say I am going to distance myself coz she doesn't love me.

He did try a couple of times , remember he said to his mom, I have to think about myself now and I wont go there, unfortunately the friend in him realizes that Sam not loving him yet is not her fault and as a friend he understands that.

yet as a lover, he is heartbroken and pained to see her in pain for another man.

if you see the show , there are 2 characters who are flawed (grey) (Arjun and Sam) and there are 2 characters with positivity and totally white ( Neil and Radhika).

He is trapped in a way, the only way possible is for Sam to look at Neil differently and that can happen if, one she feels jealous if another gal enters his life or any other way...

lets hope the CV's come up with a nice plot to show that change in Sam towards Neil

Sam can only understand his feelings if he tells her directly or if there is an another girl in his life. Because Neil also realized his love for Sam when Arjun entered.

Sam is really very lucky she got two friends who can do anything for her and she will realize that very soon.

Thanks for this and shutting some people up in the forum. I've seen many posts where they hate on Sam saying that she's playing with Neil's emotions and ignoring his feelings. Neil told her he doesn't love her and it was a joke so how is Sam to be blamed for this!

Neil chose to hide his feelings simple
