People do all timepass during day hours and work at night... because that's when the briefs come in. In my first job my creative directors teenage son was a drummer and we had two electric guitarists in the office along with a singer... They used to jam regularly during office hours, and we would join in, because that's how creative thinking works.

You party hard and work hard... It goes hand in hand.

That's what I like about MMZ... they've done their research very well... and I fell in love with this serial when they started using the setting of an ad agency, and the way it works to show twists in the story... like that Ad campaign that Radhika penned creative idea for which bought Sam closer to her mother - that was an ACE!

Really ???? ... why the $%^^&* did no one tell me that in career counseling ? I would have dropped everything and joined an ad agency
