A reason may be that she hasn't ever tried to know his past and she hasn't tried to speak to him openly. Also Sam dint notice the way Arjun grabbed Rads hand in the party when she saw the photograph. She is just missing these few hints and I guess Sam knows that Arjun has been rude with Radhika. Dint Sam know that Arjun crushed Rads phone? That means he is a rude guy and also Arjun has left Sam in that party without any explanation and he has appeared suspicious at times. Sam dint speak to Arjun for 2 days and lost faith in love. What made her agree in few minutes in the hospital? They dint even show the explanation Arjun gave.

Also as far as I can see Sam now, she is in her lala land and she obviously deserves to be happy. I just wish she turns practical now and doesn't trust anyone blindly. 😊

With regards to Rads not standing against Saral, this post isn't meant for the discussion.
