Radz apologized to Arjun for slapping him. She originally slapped him thinking that he was making a move on her while she was unconscious. However, after he left, another woman told her that Arjun had saved her and was trying to resuscitate her w/ mouth to mouth. She realized that Arjun was not trying to kiss her, and so her slapping him was unjustified. That's why she apologized.
I have no sides in this supposed 'battle' b/w Sam & Radz re: Arjun (even though I think Kashmira is a better pairing w/ Aham than Monica). However, people who expect Radz to be very sanskari are being like the CVs and expecting too much. We're not living in ancient times where a girl only mixes w/ one man in her life, and that too after she gets married. Radz did take the option of being a modern woman and going to a city to pursue her career: if anything is surprising in the storyline, it's her agreeing to get engaged b4 leaving. Usually, a marriage proposal is what a guy gives in order to stop a girl from leaving his surroundings, and instead move in w/ him and start a family life. So Radz should probably have had an agreement to go out to Mumbai to pursue her career, and postpone any decision on marriage. In the meantime, if either of them - Radz or Saral - found somebody else, they'd be free to break things off and pursue them.
