I agree , Nesam should head back to Mumbai or to the hospital with Sam being confused and Neil sad and heartbroken. Then comes the entry of a beautiful girl who befriends Neil . Sam may get jealous and insecure thus leading her to think of things and all the beautiful scenes in Khandala comes into the picture and she realizes what Love is ...

but in a article it is said that sam will again gain soft corner of Arjun. after having the knowledge of rads accident.

With Arjun and Sam, I think it's a case of 'out of sight, out of mind'. Arjun is currently distracted by Radhika's presence and Sam's absence from his grand revenge plan. Once he meets them or they go back to Birdsong, he will restart his mission, albeit with less gusto than before. NeSam's story needs to move on somehow- either Manya arrives to make Sam insecure or Neil himself gets other priorities (unlikely to happen).

Yep, Nandini's arrival will spice up SamArj's revenge equation and Radhika's role, but not NeSam, unless Radhika involved Neil in her plans to keep Arjun away from Sam.
