Ghost or real?

Guys, one thing still bothers me a lot. Now Aditi is shown alive in the show. In the previous episodes was she scaring the hell out of Chatanya or it was Chatanya only who was having her glimpses all over? And now she is shown so concerned about her and Chatanya's love, where before she almost made Chatanya lose his senses. I am so 😕 .

Does she truly love Chet or it's just her obsession to get him?
