Urmi and Shaurya are going to handle Karan really well and he will do modeling with mud on his face. Karan is a copy of Urmi's husband and Shaurya's real father - Samrat.

Karan!!! So far my stance has been this (even Shaurya's too I'm sure):

Shamelessly finishing the food, he continues his audition from yesterday: he talks Diya into going home and convincing her family only to go into the washroom and secretly arrange for the media to "appear" at Diya's home! He wants his face plastered across all news screens in the hopes that some producer will offer him a movie or a serial. Dream on !

Downstairs again Kaun Karan is the subject of discussion and everyone wonders how despite being with her he was unable to save her. Damini takes the topic to the issue of rape and how it's the fault of girls as they are "Asking For It" by opting to go out at night. Wow, Damini keeps throwing up surprises these days! Wasn't this the same woman who was in complete and total support of her darling granddaughter just taking off with her friends to Lonavla without a worry in the world?? Or doesn't Ishaani fall under the category of a girl 😕?

But it was a good move to include such a scene where various characters are shown discussing the most common views on rape today. It was much needed at least to create awareness. A large section of the society still blame women, the way they dress, the time they go out etc as reasons for rape and how it's their responsibility to avoid such situations. But like Shaurya pointed out, what explains such crimes committed against little children? Can toddlers as young as 2 or 3 be taught about izzat 😡?

Diya's decision to leave with Karan surprises Urmi and Shaurya (whose suspicion sensors are again on high alert) while Damini is pleased. Urmi again reassures her that she is always welcome to return and asks Shaurya to accompany them.

On reaching Diya's place, Karan is looking out for the media when suddenly they appear and continue to harass Diya with questions which Karan is more than eager to answer. Shaurya manages to get her back into the car but Karan continues to bask in his new-found "fame" 🤬. Shaurya asks him how the press knew they were coming here for which he gives some lame answer that the whole world and their granddad now knows about Diya and it was natural for them to find out. Notice Shaurya's expression plus that slight movement of his head, a kind of nonverbal "Oh Really?!" (Ooohhh, Kunal, you are just absolutely awesome with these subtle nuances ⭐️ 👏 !!)

Cheeku finds out it was the douchebag himself who called all the press to assemble and immediately informs Shaurya who meets Karan but not before hearing him brag about the press coverage to some friend and asking him to inform all his friends. When Shaurya confronts him about this he readily admits that he wanted to benefit from all the media publicity over Diya and that's the least he could get from the incident! Shaurya is left bristling with outrage at his attitude towards Diya.

In the Sinha household all it took were 2 boiled ande for Damini to start cooking up her scheme to separate Ishaani and Shaurya blaming him for giving more importance to Diya while his own sister is left neglected. From the looks of it, it seems to have hit it's mark in Ishaani. Frankly I didn't expect she'd start to lose faith in her bhaiyya this soon just from Damini's few casual words.

Precap: The douchebag proceeds to talk nonsense about Diya and how because of this rape she is now useless, etc and FINALLY Shaurya loses his cool and grabs his collar. In short Karan is asking for it.

It would be too harsh not to expect her to be affected and not do the former...but still, there's nothing wrong with hoping for the latter either...]

The Sinha family and Chiku are discussing Karan. None are happy about him. Damini says women have to be more careful and shouldn't invite rape on themselves by strolling around at night. Urmi says you just can't curb a girl's freedom. Shaurya too counters quoting how even little girls of two-three years get raped.

Chiku is pretty shaken by the incident and says he still can't believe this happened with Diya. He refuses to meet Diya as he does not have courage to face her.

Just then Karan comes down with Diya and declares that he's taking Diya home to convince her parents as she can't stay at Sinha house forever. Damini eggs him on. Urmi and Shaurya ask Diya's opinion and she says yes. Urmi lets her go saying she is with her always and instructs her to come back if they fail to convince the Tiwaris.

At Chiku's home, Asha is trying to teach cooking to Nupur.

At Shaurya's home, Rani forgets about Ishani's food and gets an earful. Urmi tries to pacify her, but then Damini comes in and does her usual bit. Injustice is happening to her because of Diya and Shaurya at her home. She fills Ishani's ears against Shaurya and she is thoughtful.

Shaurya goes with Karan and Diya to Diya's home. Karan is looking around in search of media people as soon as they exit the car. Shaurya is irritated and asks him what he's waiting for. Karan mumbles an excuse and just as they start walking forwards, the media mob them. Diya is shaken and she seeks solace behind Karan. Shaurya is shocked. But without missing a beat, he swiftly takes Diya back to the car and asks Karan also to get in.

Karan is busy describing his "veer gaadha" and Shaurya is fuming. Finally, he gets in the car. Shaurya asks in general how the media might've got the information. Karan again gives lame excuses. Diya is sitting at the back seat, face covered by her hands.

Back to the Sinha house, Shaurya is conversing with Chiku over phone. Chiku has asked around and confirms Shaurya's doubt that it was indeed Karan who informed the media.

Karan is standing near his bike at some place and shamelessly instructing his friend to upload his part from the TV news and tag him. Who knows which way luck may come!

Shaurya hears it and confronts Karan. Karan, the shameless, heartless one asks what is wrong if he is using Diya to gain limelight.

Precap showed Karan going on about how a relation is about give and take and says women are made to be used. Shaurya reaches the limit to endurance. He catches hold of Karan and warns him not to speak in such manner and that he's holding back only for Diya's sake.

[Let it go Shaurya! He deserves a slap! But again, Shaurya may not be a person who slaps physically: it may come in some form for sure now that he knows the truth...Beware Karan!]

@red - I feel really really bad for Diya. She implicitly trusts Karan as right now he is the only one among her apne who is showing her love and support. Plus she still believes they have a chance at a future together since he still loves her. But this trust will soon be broken into a million pieces along with her heart and even her hopes, and for it to happen at such a time would probably be devastating, even more so once she also knows the he actually ran away without even trying to save her . But yes the sooner she sees his real face the better.

@blue - I know right! How? How do you explain such a thing? What reasons can be given there according to Damini's thinking 😡?

@green - poor poor Cheeku 😭 Honestly my heart goes out to him

@purple - Nupur having designs on Cheeku is going to turn into a really messy and even disappointing affair 🤔 And I dread to think what'll happen once the whole truth comes out 😳 I'm only hoping despite all this they don't turn Nupur negative later on. She seems to have a good heart and has some principles too.

@pink - How does Ishaani fall so fast for words against her brother 😕? I thought she had even more faith in him than that.

@bold orange - Honestly, how did that guy even Think that he could get away with a stunt like this? Doesn't he know Shaurya is in the same field and he could find out with a snap of his fingers 😵? And his absolute readiness in admitting he was doing it for the limelight and what's wrong in profiting a bit off her incident 😲?! I couldn't even believe my ears he was openly telling all this to Shaurya!

@brown - Yaar! I don't know what to say but Shaurya baba seems to be patience ki ultimate murti ☯️ I honestly don't know how it's humanly possible to just listen to such bullcrap without your hands flying into action 😵! Even I'm not so sure whether we'll get anything more than a collar grab tomorrow (all my dreams dashed...) 😒
