Shashi is tired in the morning and Tauji and Rudra make fun of her.
She goes to sleep and tells no one to wake her up.
Rudra asks Samrat who will take care of business. Samrat says Amrit. On the other hand, Amrit eyes the Boss' chair and thinks that soon he will get everything in his name and Samrat will have nothing.
Samrat calls out to his mother continuously and when she finally comes he shouts at her for being late. Samrat tells Urmi that his mother is incapable and from now on Urmi will do all his work.
Tauji tells Urmi that it is important for Samrat to realize her importance in his life. Urmi says that she has no hopes from Samrat.
Gaurav tries to hug Asha but she pushes him away.
Gaurav gets a call for a party invitation and Asha is also invited, Gaurav decides not to go as it would create more problems.
Tauji tells Samrat to resolve problems with Urmi.
