Tauji and Urmi provoked and he became violent.

Is not tauji responsible for making an abusive samrat who so far did not use physical violence?

What was the purpose of provoking?

Tauji could have used his influence to make positive changes in samrat. Like how his son will behave with him one day.

Urmi also provoked samrat by lying about her dance classes knowing she is playing a dangerous game. She could have easily informed samrat inspite of tauji when she is outside the house. Instead she blindly followed tauji.

Are u Samrat's twin sister or brother? If u r a girl, will u live wid a man like Samrat just cuz he is hot? Darling, r u living in 10th century? Samrat's behaviour is not justified. Get a life, dude.

You have misunderstood me. I want samrat to be dead. I wanted Urmi to leave him when he first abused her. But she continued to live with him even enjoying his company sometimes. She is responsible for her own fate in some ways.

so as long as someone is provoked, the attackers action is justified?
isnt that the same thing as saying the women who were raped were in revealing clothing that proveked the men?
or the same reasoning serial killers use? that they were provoked by thevictims actions?

i dont care if tauji or urmi made him dance naked at the carnival. what he did was horrid and unforgivable.

women like urmi leave their whole life behind to start a new life with their husband and then loose the support of their family when they realize their marriage is in shambles but are forced to go back. and now after enduring everything, she tries to live her life and for that she should be whipped within an inch of her life?

Sorry, I tuk u wrong. But still, if he is provoked then also he sud not do wat he has done. U know, there r still some people who wants Urmi to change Samrat just cuz he is hot. Y only women sud always change men in d serial? Can't it be other way round? Wat if Urmi joins dance class? Doesn't she hv her own life? Samrat can sleep around wid women widout any regret n he has 20th century mentality for women. He sud be beaten publicly by women.

What I said was, if urmi chooses to live with him, she should be careful because he is not a human being.
Urmi should have left him long back.
If there is a fire, we wont go and jump into it as we know fire wil burn us.
Urmi could have avoided the beating by simply leaving him long back.
One cant change a person like samrat. Those kind of persons must be in mental asylums or jail.
Is Urmi doing the right thing by staying with him? And taking crap from him?

You are taking the argument too far. When you know a dog is mad, would you like to go near it?

Samrat is not a normal human being and when urmi chose to live with him, she should have taken precautions. Instead of dance classes, she should have attended karate classes.

Did I say all those things? How can you assume so many things about me.

I will never support samrat. His mental abuse, his physical abuse cant be tolerated. How can they show these things in the name of reality? If I am in Urmi's place, I would have killed him and happily gone to jail.

What you are forgetting is - Urmi did leave Samrat when he first raised his hand on her. But her family didn't support and forced her to go back to him. I know you will say that she should not have listened to them but girls like Urmi in the real world usually do not have the guts to reject even their parental family..

There's no going back! There is no Urmi and Samrat love story! I hope Urmi punishes that SOB like Durga! I hope she makes sure he rots in jail and moves out with her son. I hope she opens her own bakery and lives her life independently, away from both her useless dad and spineless sasural!

I find that her parental family is equally responsible for what's happening to Urmi. When parents expect daughters to obediently agree to an arranged match, it's the parents' moral responsibility to ensure that the boy is good and that the daughter is happy with him. After that, when she left Samrat and begged her parents to support her, they forced her to return to that hell and to that devil!! Unforgivable! It's the parents' responsibility to raise the girl they gave birth to, to be a strong, independent girl. Look what they are doing to their second daughter even now.

To me, her parents have wronged her just as much as Samrat.

After that first attempt, Urmi lost her will to rebel once more. She started taking crap from everyone including her own son.

agree fully that her parents are also equally responsible.

There was one movie in which aishwarya rai Bachchan acted which was a true incident. The film is Provoked. The heroine sets fire to her husband killing him when he was sleeping and the court gives a sympathetic judgment. It happenend in UK.
