She twisted. She turned. She rolled over. Yet she couldn't close her eyes and fall asleep. She tried. She tried so hard. Yet sleep was an impossible task at hand. She was infuriated with sleep for eluding her.

She sat up. Why? Why couldn't she sleep? Why was it so impossible to shut her eyes and forget whatever happened?

She sighed, shut her eyes and took a deep breath and exhaled out slowly. But she made a mistake because as soon as she shut her eyes. The memories of the events that happened a few hours back flashed through her mind.

*Start of Flashback*

She was sitting in the library reading a book. When she heard footsteps stomp into the room. She looked up from her book and stared into dark furious eyes the guy she hated the most in the world. The locked eyes for a minute before Raghu swung the book she was reading out of her hand and flung it away. She was irked by his rash action.

What the hell! What's your problem?' she said staring at him furiously.

Apun ki problem?! Tu apun ki problem hai!' he said with his finger jutting out at her.

Good for you' she said with attitude and went to retrieve her book, but Raghu had other plans he caught her arm and swung her around sharply.

She was caught off-guard and staggered a little before regaining composure and jerking her hand away from him.

What the hell is your problem? She said her eyes blazing with fury. Raghu held her arms a little too tightly. And it hurt but she was not going to give in that easily.

They were standing very close. So close that a slight movement from either of them would make them inches apart. The tension was building. Pending and Rising. The sexual tension between the two, took every form ever since they met. From anger, to jealousy and finally settling on hatred.

Don't show me that attitude Miss Antara Kaul, just because I let you win a petty scholarship...' he said.

She scoffed and said, You let me? Gosh you are impossible, I won it because I deserved it, I won it because, girls can win too'

His eyes were darkening with fury. She could sense the immense anger building up inside her. She was afraid, but she was a little excited at this close encounter, which showed his dangerous side.

Girls don't win anything, except their battles with vegetables and roti's in the kitchen' he said smirking dangerously.

She lost her cool then and said, How dare you! You bloody MCP' and struggled to set free from his iron grip. But it seemed the more she struggled the more his grip became tighter.

What decent words to say, that too from a girl's mouth' he said sarcastically. The smug grin on his face infuriated her even more. She wanted to wipe that smug smile from his face.

Nice to hear, such colourful words...' he began, but was cut short. When she smashed her lips to his, Raghu was taken aback in shock, and she rejoiced, getting the reaction out of him just the way she had wanted. But what was meant to be a shocker, turned to something more.

She just couldn't let go. As the kiss deepened, his hands went down from her arms and around her slender waist as he pulled herself towards him. Such that she was trapped in close proximity with him. She had kept her eyes open so that she could register the shock on his face, but now she found them closing. As she drifted closer to him. Her hands going from no-touching-Raghu's to his hair. She groaned when he bit her lower lip.

Raghu...' the five letters she uttered sounded like the sexiest moan she had ever made in the history of her I-didn't-know-I-could-moan like that.

Not for a second did they break their kiss. He slowly but hungrily kissed her neck as she drew in a sharp breath and grasped the library rack for support. She wanted this moment to freeze like this forever. Their burning passion for each other was evident in that hungry kiss.

Just as impulsively she had begun, she tore away. When she realized what she had had done!

God! She did not! She did not just kiss her mortal enemy. And Enjoyed it.

Raghu looked flabbergasted and was at a loss of words for the first time. But she pushed him aside before he could say anything and dashed out of the library.

*end of flashback*

She got up and went to the wash-basin. She opened the tap and splashed water on her face. She splashed water continuously for some time, before grabbing a towel and wiping her face with it. She needed to stop thinking about it. She had to let it go. It had been a mistake. Yet it had been a beautiful mistake, an amazing feeling. What had started as a game, developed into something more within a span of few minutes?

That desire, to touch him, to feel him, to kiss him again made it difficult for her to breathe and live normally. She needed to let him out of her system. She had to let that incident go. It meant nothing.

He must have already spread stuff about her to his friends. After all that's what he was always up to. Humiliating her was his sole motto in life.

They always fought over everything possible. But every fight of theirs somehow stirred varied emotions within her. Did he feel the same way? Or was it just her?

The way his nostrils flared, to the way his eyes blazed, everything appealed to her. The past couple of days things had been different. Every time he was at a mile distance from her, her heart started fluttering. Her breathing became eratic, in terms of the sappy romantic novels butterflies erupted in her stomach'.

She felt irked and infuriated with herself for letting herself think in that way about him. But she could not help it, no matter how much she tried. In fact the more she tried the harder it became to evade her growing feelings. She sort of liked the way he was affecting her and the way he was making her feel. And that thought disgusted her and made her rational self revolt.

She was about to go out into the open to get some fresh air, when the doors of her room burst open and a fuming Raghunath Naik walked in.

What the hell?' She said shocked.

He bolted the door and turned to face her. That's when she noticed. He was wearing nothing but his jeans. His bare chiselled chest distracting her, she couldn't help but gape at his handsome form as he advanced towards her. She gulped and scolded her little heart for running a mini marathon. Her breathing became unsteady.

Miss Kaul' he said advancing towards her. His voice low and husky, there was a strange carnal animal instinct about him. That scared and excited her at the same time. She must be going insane, who the hell could get turned on in such a dangerous situation. Of course she could. She retreated backwards towards the wall. Taking each step slowly and with measurably.

What do you think of yourself huh?' he said with his teeth clenched. She kept stepping back and he kept advancing, slowly like an animal going for the kill. You can do whatever you want?'

Her back hit the wall. She was trapped there was no space for her to escape. His hands rested on the wall behind and she glanced at his bulging biceps briefly before turning her gaze to meet his brown eyes.

What... what are you doing?' she stuttered afraid.

Finishing what you started' he said and his hands dropped from over her head pulling her colder to himself harshly. Their bodies crashed against each other and a thrill ran within her. Her heart racing so wildly that she was afraid it might burst out. His hot breath fanned her face, scalding her skin, burning the flame within her brightly.

Raghu'... she began but he pulled her in for a passionate kiss. Her eyes immediately shut as she melted into his kiss. The flame within her burned brighter and brighter, like her entire body was on fire. Sparks of electricity shot through her, his hands around her waist, pulling her closer, crushing her against his bare chest.

She inhaled sharply into the kiss. Both fought for dominance. Even their kiss was like their fights, neither ready to accept defeat. She moaned when he nibbled her earlobe. The force with which he was kissing her pushed her against the wall again. It was struggle to keep her hands to herself and not do anything more. A battle of desires and lust.

Her breathing uneven and erratic. Nothing made sense except for them. Their closeness. Their kiss. The way both of their bodies responded to their touch. Everything felt heavenly, the passion burned like wildfire. She needed him and he needed her. That was the truth.

No matter how much they fought or how much their disagreed with each other, they couldn't live without each other either. She didn't know how things would be after the kiss. But she didn't care. All that mattered to her was this. The way he was kissing her and the way he was holding her.

She felt another jerk as she was pulled into Raghu's rock-hard chest...She felt his ars being wrapped around her and her back being rubbed...Raghu was hugging her...She slowly smiled and wrapped her arms around him...The moment was perfect...She didn't want anymore, she didn't need anymore.

Raghu slowly broked the hug and cupped Antara's face...'I Love You'...Antara looked sat him a shocked...'Huh...' Was all she could say...'I-LOVE-YOU'..He said kissing her forehead...Antara looked at him with moist eyes...She didn't want to know how this had happened or why..

She just wanted it to stay like this...Hamesha and Forever.
