A splash of cold water hit her face and antara coughed badly. That sudden jerk made her wake up from her unconscious state. Coughing continuously she slowly opened her eyes. Her head was spinning and seemed that the bitter smell of chloroform was still attached to her face. That bitter smell remind her about the incident happened after she left the houseboat. That taxi and that man who was trying to kill her earlier was in driver's disguise. She also remembered that she tried to scream out of the window of taxi but at the next moment she felt a wet hanky pressing tightly on her face. A bitter smell hit her and numbed her. At the next moment she lost her sense and she couldn't remind anything more. Antara popped out her eyes with frequent pants. She felt like she was suffocating for long. Soon her blur eyesight started to became clear. She found herself seating on a chair inside a partially dark room which was a little bit lit up by a low power bulb. As her eyes became more clear she that man in her front leaning towards her with a crude smirk. Antara's eyes became wide in shock and fear.

"Tum!!" she said in barely audible voice.

"Aap ki tasalli ke liye bata doon mautarma mera naam rehan hain!! Aur main wohi Aman ka bhai hoon, jiss aman koo tuhare uss ashik raghu nee mara tha!!" rehan said while anger flashed in his cruel eyes.

"Kya?!!!" Antara asked with another doze of shock.

"Bilkul mautarma!! Aur aap koo pata hain kii usne Aman koo kyun mara tha, Kyun ki ussi nee tumhare ghar pe bomb plant kiya tha. Humare boss ke kahene par." Rehan said with hard voice.

"Aman... bomb.." Antara's face became white as she heard the words. The wound which was going to cure again got pinched. The horrible memory of the blast flashed in her mind with its ear deafening sound. "Tumhare boss ke kahene par aman nee bomb plant kiya tha... kahin tumhara boss..." antara's breath hitched as the realization stroke her head.

"Hmm.. aap jitna dikhti hoo unse kahin zyada samajhdaar hoo.. sahi raste pe soch rahe hoo app." Rehan just answered with a chuckle. Antara looked everywhere. There was only a door in the room and god knows where that headed to, inside or outside. Not just rehan but his almost 7 men were present in that room surrounding her from everywhere.

"Aaap agar bhagne ke barein mein soch rahi hain too main bata doon kii sochna bekar hain. Yahan se nikal pana naa mumkin hain." he just stated in cold voice as he saw her alert eyes were moving everywhere in the room.

"Kya karna chahte hoo mere sath?! Fir se maar na chahte hoo?!" antara asked with cautious voice.

"Nahin. Issbaar nahin marunga aap ko. Balki iss baar main app ko apne fayde ke liye use karunga.." Rehan gave a mysterious smirk to antara and moved a bit far from her. he kept his right leg on a chair and let out his mobile.

"Salam Daya Mai!! Rehan bol rahi hoon." Rehan said in phone and it hit antara with full force clearing her all doubt. So she was right! Rehan worked under DM!

"Jii haan mai... woo larki mere changool mein hain aur woo pen drive bhi.." Rehan let pout the pen drive from his pocket and tossed that in his hand playfully. Antara looked towards the pendrive with bewildered eyes. "haabn mai... par iss baar free mein kaam nahin karunga main... mujhe pata chal gaya hain ki yee larki aur pendrive aap ke liye kitna kimti hain... too mujhee bhi too thore kimat milne chahiye mai... 50 Lakh!!! Haan mai poore 50 lakh chahiye... wrna iss pendrive ke sath main kya kar sakti hoon aap ko pata nahin..." rehan continued to say his words in break. The voice from opposite side couldn't be heard. As the conversation ended rehan cut the phone. "le chalo iss larki koo..." rehan said. Two of their men came forward and dragged antara along with them. Antara tried to resist but all was in vain. They pushed antara inside a room. Rehan threw his cunning smile to her and closed the door from outside. Antara screamed and banged on the door for some moment. But after some moment she understood that it was vain. Tired, exhausted and totally broken she slowly sat on the floor hugging her knees. Silent tears were flowing down her eyes. She was angry and frustrated on her own. How could she be so full and get into their trap so easily. She had to be cautious and remember that the man called rehan was following her and wanted to kill her?! but she was so excited to handover the PD to cornel ranawat that she forgot about the danger. After some moment antara understood that it was of no use to cry their silently. She had to go out of their clutches anyhow and to get back that PD from rehan before he handed over that to DM. Somehow she had to contact raghu and tell him about everything. Antara slowly woke up shedding her tears. She was more calm and composed than before. She came near the single window of the room. she could see the high peaks of himalay at the behond. She knew the ice peak. It was pirpanjal's range which could be seen from gulmarg. So she was not far away from shrinagar. She saw the evening light playing above the ice peaks. She let out the diamond hairclip which raghu gifted her in the morning. Somehow they didn't find that or take that away. She caressed the clip and looked out. "Raghu!!..." she said slowly. Her whisper got lost in the chill wind.

His worried baby brown eyes were fixed towards the green, clear water of lake. Those eyes were having so many emotions at the moment, pain, frustration, anger, worry all together. It was the very first place where antara took him after they reached at shrinagar. The evening looked just same but everything looked gloomy without her at his side. At a moment he felt like antara called him from far away. Raghu quickly moved his eager gaze behind and looked towards the road. But antara was not there. he again scratched his hair in frustration. He never felt so helpless in his whole life. specially when he was remembering that antara was not well and her injury in her back was still not cured totally his breath was hitching every time. He even went to police station and told them about antara's missing. But he knew that police wouldn't take any fruit full step. Raghu saw a man coming towards him. raghu knew him very well. He was one of his gang men from the area. He never thought that they had to call them. He knew antara didn't like that but he felt like if he kept er under their security it would be much better. The man came near him and said, "raghubhai.. sab pauch gaye idhar aao ke bulane pein.. bataiyen kya karna hain..." he said. raghu stood up slowly from the bench. Shoving away his insecurities, the hard determination flashed on his eyes to get his antara back.

"Shara ke charon taraf fail jaa... koi bhi kona chootna nahin chahiye... hare k admi se pooch... hare k ghar pe jaa ke pata laga... mere koo antara ki kahbar chahiye woo bhi agle 24 ghante mein..." he ordered in his deep dominating voice. the man nodded and moved on the road to call others.
