he gave some water and medicines to antara...and then went to switch off the lights..
but he stopped..he looked at her..
"u want to talk??" he asked...
she looked at him with blank expressions...
raghu felt embarrassed seeing those expressions..
"m sorry.. i promised i won't ask u anything..."
he saw her moist eyes..
n cursed himself for hurting her...
good night he said..
it was first time they both were slepping in the same room..
antara was feeling uncomfortable..
last night she was fainted.. she din't know anything.. she only saw him in daylight...
even in evening she got scared in this room as he asked her to not to switch on the lights..
she was not sure if she should stay in this house..
he helped her and gave her a new life but still he was a stranger too..
n after whatever happened to her she can't let anyone take advantage of her situation..
her brain warned her to talk to him and she wanted to leave from here..
but her heart wanted to believe this guy who is taking care of him..
he could hv tell this to whole colony.. but he actually cares about her..
he din't even tell this to his landlady..
raghu saw her looking in the blank and lost in her own thoughts..
ummm.. his throat was dry.. he bit his lips in tension..
and thought he shouldn't hv ask her anything..
he shook his head and switched off the light..
as soon as he switched it off.. antara came back from her thoughts..
and got scared..
nahi..nahiii.. light nahi...
raghu got worried..
he immediately turned it on...
i am sorry.. he said..
he looked at her she was breathing hard..
he ran towards her and gave her some water..
m sorry.. i won't switch it off.. sorry..
plz hv some water..
she looked at him and lone tear escaped from her eyes..
he had some water n felt relieved..
raghu pulled a chair for him and sat on it..
she hugged herself and sat in cuddled position..
she was still crying..
ummm.. listen...
she din't respond him..
plz look at me..
she turned to him but kept looking down..
i know it doesn't look good.. or comfortable..
last night when i brought u here you were fainted.. bt it was needed at that time..
i know u might be scared..
but u don't need to be..
as i told u.. i'll sleep there.. he pointed towards his bedding on floor..
u can sleep here.. n if u're scared of dark.. we can keep light on..
n m sorry if i hurt u unknowingly...
raghu said and got up from chair..
and checked if windows were properly covered with curtains..
he walked towards his bed.. and put his mobile on charging...
and slipped in his bed...
he din't even had a duvet/sheet to cover himself...
he had only two sets..one he threw in laundry and one he gave to antara...
the only fan in the room was direct to the bed only.. he was feeling hot.. and he was tired too..
he removed his shirt.. and slept in his vest only..
he never cared about his home or his facilities.. he doesn't come home regularly and spends most of his time outside..
antara too laid down on the bed.. she already slept in evening.. so she wasn't feeling sleepy..
she had so much in her heart that she wanted to share with someone..
but she had no one whom she can discuss..
she lifted her head a bit.. and looked at him..
he was hurt when he came back home..n because of her he is sleeping on the floor..
he should have taken rest but he did shopping for her.. she looked at the shopping bags kept on her bed..
she cursed herself for giving him so much trouble...
she wanted to get up and touch his feet for taking care of her even when she is a stranger to him...
but she couldn't dare to...
her brows frowned when she saw him changing his sides again n again..
she looked at the light.. bcz of that?? she thought...
he lay down straight and covered his face with his hand.. but even now he wasn't able to sleep..
he is tired and not able to sleep.. but he is not saying anything.. she thought and was about to get up to switch it off..
when she saw him lying flat on his face and covered his head with pillow..
a small smile appeared on her lips..
bt immediately it got vanished.. when she saw some bruises on his shoulder..
she noticed the wound on his hand wasn't some cut and even now marks on his shoulder and arm look like if he was shot sometime...
she got scared thinking of all that..
what does he do..? is he...??
no no.. he is such a kind heart person.. he can't be some goon...
should i ask him..??

how can i..?
m no one to him.. i'll leave from here in a day or so.. i hv no rights to ask anything from him..

its been 2 am in night... antara was sleeping too by now...suddenly she felt a sharp ache in her stomach...
she cried in pain.. and tried to get up..
raghu was very tired.. and was in deep sleep.. he din't hear her voice...
she felt that she will throw out at any moment..
she tried to getup..and tried to walk..but fell from the bed.. her head got hurt..
raghu..???
raghu,...??? she tried to wake him up..
but he din't hear her.. she was crying...
and then raghu's phone rang.. raghu picked the call in his sleep it was mach mach to him he called to collect info about antara and her family..
hmm.. mach mach bol... raghu said in his sleep..
bhai.. i think i hv some info...
hmm.. ok.. kal subah mil..
okay bhai..
raghu cut the call and then he heard her sobs..
raghu...?? she called him again..
he got alert..and sat immediately..
he looked at the bed.. bt antara wasn't there...
he got up and looked her lying on the floor.. she was crying in pain..
he ran towards her and took her head in his lap..
omggg..!!! what happened to u..?? he asked worriedly...
she was crying in pain..
w...wa..s...h..r...
hmm.. yeah..!!! he said and picked her in his arms..and took her to washroom..
he made her stand on her feet but kept holding her from her shoulders..
she threw out and he kept caressing her head and her back..
he gave her water and then wiped her face with towel..
she wasn't able to walk so he gave her support and brought her back to her bed..
he made her lie down on the bed.. and asked her what happened??
tears were rolling on her cheeks..she was feeling weak..and as if she will faint again at any time..
raghu held her hand and rubbed them in between his palms... though his hand was hurt too..
he rubbed her feet and asked her to take rest...
its hurting..its paining badly... she cried..
antara clutched bed sheet in pain..
raghu wiped her tears...
i'll take you to doctor...
no.. she nodded in no...
its okay.. this way ur condition will go worse... i can't take risk now..
no i can't.. if i'll go to hospital they will call cops...
i can't do this... she put her head on his hands holding them in hers...
if he will come to know that m alive.. he will kill both of us... she cried..
bt u can't live like this...
u need proper treatment...
she closed her eyes,...n nodded in no...
raghu's eyes got moist...
ohkay...u take rest...
raghu gave her hot water bag so that she will feel a bit relieved..
he came back to his bed and called mach mach..
haan bhai.. he replied in his sleep..
abhi mil.. ghar ke neeche..
par aapne bola tha kal subah aau..
nahi abhi...
okk.. 2min do..
hmm..
he looked at antara.. and went back to her.. he sat beside her on a chair and wiped sweat from her forehead..
she opened her eyes and looked at him...
raghu wiped her tears..and nodded in no..
you'll be just fine... just don't be scared of anything..
you're a strong girl.. he then got up and put on his shirt..
he picked the lock of door..
where r u going?? she asked in worry..
just downstairs.. will come in a few minutes..
he placed his mobile near her pillow..
i have removed the passcode..
if u need anything.. or you're not well

still.. u keep it.. he showed lock to her..

he locked the door..and came downstairs..
mach mach reached there in no time..

they were 3 people..one uncle aunty.. and one young guy.. of our age..

they all three were dead by the time police reached there..
their house was set on fire..

bt u said its a colony.. so when the house was on fire.. no one tried to save them..
that's what i thought.. i talked to some internal sources in police station and tried to ask some people of that colony..
but none of them spoke.. i guess they were scared of something or someone..
i went to that place if i can find some clue..

antara was waiting for him... Antara.. he thought and looked at her pale yet beautiful face..
he passed a smile to her.. she too smiled weakly.. and then lowered her gaze.. he came back from his trance.. and thought why the hell he smiled looking at her..
he came inside.. and opened his closet.. he took his jeans and went in bathroom.. actually he hid his gun in that..
he came out.. took his wallet..
antara was getting worried looking at him in so hurry..
m sorry.. i shouldn't ask u...bt..
it's okay.. i hv got an emergency.. i hv to go for some work..
don't worry.. i'll be back by morning..
n as i told u.. if u need anything.. u can call...
bt how can...???? she couldn't speak..
tears rolled on her cheeks..
raghu rushed to her..he doesn't like when she cries..
he sat in front of her..

raghu was about to get up..
bt she pressed his hand with her.. raghu looked at her hand.. and she immediately removed it..

a lone tear escaped from her eye..
raghu cupped her face and wiped her tear with his thumb...
she trembled with sudden touch of his...she lowered her gaze..
i'll be all alone here...she said softly..
don't worry.. no will come here.. you're safe here..

she nodded in yes.. and touched his one hand with her..
u trust me??... he asked with so much love, care and concern in his eyes...
i do...she said in barely audible voice..but he heard her..
he smiled slightly hearing that she trusts her and feel alone and scared if he is not here..
he wanted to tell her that he too cares about her.. and can do anything to make her smile..
he felt so much love and care and a soft corner for her in his heart..
he himself din't know what came over him... but he bent down a bit and placed a soft yet warm kiss on her forehead...
she closed her eyes... they both felt cold shivers touching their bodies.. she roamed her hand over his..
and he caressed his fingers over her face... and pulled her in a soft hug taking care of her wounds..
she too placed her head just below his chin very gently... as if she was hypnotized by his touch...
and placed her hand over his shoulder caressing his chest...
raghu felt thousands of current in his whole body.. he was feeling weak..
he bent aside and kissed her hand..her fingers trembled and he felt that...
she felt a warmth in his hug that she was seeking for long time.. her eyes got welled by themselves..
raghu felt her tears on his chest..he closed his eyes...and caressed her back..
(indeed a mera mahi tu moment.. :P :P)
a moment passed.. and a cold shiver touched his face.. he came out of his trance.. and realized their proximity..
he loosened the hug..so did she...
they both felt awkward yet relieved.. bt they din't show..
raghu got up from bed immediately..
i am sorry.. they both uttered at same time..
raghu bit his lower lip and cursed himself..
no m sorry..i just... he couldn't speak further..
neither she could even say.. it was okay...
raghu walked towards the door.. she looked at him leaving... he turned and she lowered her gaze as if she was not looking at him..
he smiled slightly..
ph...phone kar dena...k..kuchh...
and he came out of the room immediately...
he locked the door.. and ran downstairs..
mach mach was waiting for him outside the basti.. raghu started walking.. he felt something and stopped..
he looked at the window of his room..but it was covered with the curtains.. unknown to himself he was expecting to see her there..
bt he himself told her not to come on window or to open curtains..
he smiled and shook his head..
he touched her tear drops on his chest... and his blood started boiling.. her crying face.. wounded hands.. those marks all over her body flashed in front of her eyes...
all his smile vanished away.. and he started walking faster...
