Sorry was really busy with final weeks of the semister...
Here is the update...
Chapter 4
Next day sun came up with a new day and lights antara's room. It was ab old habbit of antara to wake up early and perform the morning prayers with her mother. Today she was happy as she was going to try for the admissions in the business college. She always wanted to become a successful business woman just like her father. She was lost in her thoughts when she heard a noise. A noise that intrupted all her thoughts. Noise of hammering.
Antara:- "is basti mein kisi ko sakoon nhn.. Na sonay detay hain aur na hi khawab dekhnay detay hain".
She got up from her bed and went to the balcony tieng her hairs. She was nervous and amazed to see MachMach fixing the broken window of their house. The same guy who was hell rude to her..
Raghu was standing at his terrace watching whole of the basti and drinking his tea. As antara stepped out, he saw her again and was again lost. His heart skipped a several beats.
Antara was wearing a pink shalwar kameez and her hair were tied in a high pony tail. It was like a sweet dream raghu was looking at.
Raghu's trance was broken as he heard MachMach calling him.
MachMach:- "bhai woh auncle ka khirki theek kar dala apun ne".
Raghu was listening to MachMach but was still looking at Antara. At the same time antara turned to look and saw standing and staring at her. At the same time rasika came and she called out loud.
Rasika:- "hello antara good morning kaise ho???"
Antara:- "hello rasika good morning tum kaise ho main theek hoon".
Raghu was still looking at her. Antara felt little awkward and lowered her gaze.
Rasika saw MachMach and was lost in him when she realised raghu standing next to him... She saw that her brother was lost somewhere. She started to see in the direction in which raghu was seeing. And found him looking at antara.
Antara waved bye to rasika and went inside. She was gone but raghu was still looking at her. Rasika snapped her fingers and brought raghu back saying.
Rasika:- "shriman raghu wapis ajayai... Woh chali gai.."
Raghu looked at rasika in a nervous way.
Raghu:- " k ko kon?? Kiski bat kar rahi hai tu? Main toh MachMach ko dekh raha tha".
Rasika laughed and went away leaving raghu all confused.
Antara got ready. She wore a light blue anarkali and went with her father to check for the admissions.
Antara:- "please bhagwan ji mera admission hojayai please please".
Mr. Kaul look towards her and gave a big laugh.
Mr. Kaul:- "aray antara why are u so scared beta. Tum toh kashmir ki topper thi. Phir aise kiun dar rahi h0?"
On this antara gave a weak smile and saw the college approaching, she was again busy with her prayers and her father well he was still laughing. 😆
They asked a peon and started to head towards principal office.
New character:-
Principal shrma:-
A complete corrupt man. Loves to take bribe. Never had been caught because of MPA mishra on his back. All his messes are cleared by mishra.
Peon knocks. A voice came back.
Principal Sharma:- " come in please".
Peon:- " sir bahir aik ladki aur uskay father ayain hain admission kay liyai apsay milna chahtay hain".
P.S:- "ahaan unhe andar bhej do".
Mr.kaul along with antara enters the room. The principal sees them and stands up to greet them.
P.S:- "welcome sir.. Have a seat. U too beta.. How may i help you".
Mr. Kaul:- "actually we moved from kashmir to mumbai a week ago and my daughter here Antara is a brilliant student. I wan her to get admission here.".
P.S:- "can i see your marksheets please beta??".
Antara:- "yes sir".
Antara handed him the file containing all his certificates and marksheets.
Sharma saw the name "KAUL" and was thinking where he heard it. Suddenly it flashes in his mind. He read the name in a newspaper. Mr. Anirudh Kaul, the business tycoon from kashmir. Sharma's eyes light up. It was like he has found a hidden treasure. He planned to take a big bribe from him as he was thinking of him still as a businessman.
P.S:- "beta your result is really impressing but to your badluck.. U r a week late".
The bright smile on antara's face started to fade off. She was a bit shock. Mr.kaul looked at antara and said.
Mr. Kaul:- "principal sahab koi aur tareeka bhi nahin.. Please koi toh rasta hoga."
An evil smile appeared on Sharma's face. He said with a pout face.
P.S:- "well there is.. Beta why dont you go and look around the campus while i discuss something important with your father".
Antara looked towards her father who signalled her to go. She went out and stood freezing outside the door.
Raghu who came to drop rasika off to college felt new atmosphere. But was not able to sort out. He dropped rasika and went back to basti.
Meanwhile in the office, P.S and Mr. Kaul were discussing about the way.
P.S:- "sir meray pas aik rasta hai.. Jis say antara ko jaldi hi dakhla mil jayai ga. Ap bus kisi tarah 50,000/- ka intezam kar dain baki sab mujh par chor din".
Hearing this Mr. Kaul became a little tensed. His financial condition was not able to pay him 50,000 and he was a man of good thoughts.
Mr. Kaul:- "sharma ji maaf kijayai ga magar ap mujhsay rishwat mang rahay hain..???".
P.S:- "aray sir rishwat kaise?? Yeh toh madad hai. Ap meri kijeyai main apki".
Mr. Kaul:- "dekhayai agar ap meri waise madad kar saktay hain toh theek hai.. Main apko aik paisa nahin doon ga".
On this sharma jaws got tightened. Sharma features became a bit wierd.
P.S:- "aha asool kay banday hain ap!! Hmmm mujhsay is tarah baat karnay say pehlay apko sochna chahyai tha.. Apki beti ka future hai meray hath mein.. Khair ab ap dekhayai main kia karta hoon... Apki beti ko mumbai kay kisi bhi college mein admission nahin milay ga ab!!".
Mr. Kaul:- "Mr. Sharma ap bhi dekhayai ga.. Jiska koi nahin hta bhagwan usko rasta zaroor dekhata hai.."
Saying this Mr. Kaul took Antara's certificate file left his office.
P.S:- "dekh laina Mr. Kaul beti toh yehen ayai gi laxmi lay kar sath..." And he started dialling a number.
Antara was listening all this outside. As her father stepped out she was going to break sharma's teeth but het father signalled not to.
Antara:- " papa ap theek toh hain??"
Mr. Kaul:- "haan beta theek hoon".
Antara:- "choryai na papa is college mein nahin toh kahin aur admission mil jayai ga abhi bhi din dhalnay mein kafi time hai hum check kar saktay hai ".
Seeing this enthusiasm of his daughter, Mr. Kaul agreed.
Precap:-
Antara was trying to free herself from raghu.
Antara:- "tumhara shahar sirf paisa laina aur dukh daina janta hai".
Raghu gets more angry listening to this.
