Gift!!!
Part 2:
It was 4.30 pm. Raghu noticed some sudden movements outside his office door. He saw that many of the employees were leaving their desk,gathering their things and getting ready to leave. Some of them also looked at him and gave a meaningful smile. Raghu understood that they all were invited beforehand by Antara. Now everyone was heading to their respective residents for changing their attire for the party. Raghu saw that the entire office became empty within a few minutes. Only MM was still there. The moment the clock reached at 5 pm, Raghu almost ran to his car and saw MM was already waiting for him.
Trip from office to home never seemed so long to Raghu. His mind took attempt to ask MM at least 20 times. But he stopped himself. He wanted to be surprised. He just loves how Antara makes him amused. At last he reached home. It was almost 5.45 pm. The sun had already set and darkness had started to envelope the surrounding. Raghu got out of the car and started walking toward the main door. He looked back to call MM but he didn't find him any more. He just disappeared. Raghu mentally smiled. He must have run to his Yedi Behna to inform that Raghu was here.
He stood outside the door. There wasn't a single sound inside. Bole to pin drop silence!! He knew very well that everyone was inside and was waiting for him.But if he didn't show his amusement Antara would be hurt. So he just made his mind to act his amusement,took a deep breath and opened the door.
There was nothing inside there. Just complete darkness!!! For a moment he got confused. He was unable to see anything. The winter season had just intensified the darkness a little more. Suddenly a flashlight fell on him. For a moment he became blind. When he got used to it, he saw that another flashlight fell on ...HER!!!
She was smiling looking at him. An elegant black sari was complimenting her perfect beauty. Her sindoor was looking too much red under the flashlight and that made him suddenly feel proud. Her long silky hair was loose, kept in a stylish way on her back. She had a microphone in her hand.
OMG that means she is going to say something!!!
Raghu felt that his heart was beating so loudly. He was afraid that if anyone else was also present in this room, he/she would laugh after listening his heartbeats. She took the microphone near her mouth and started talking looking straight in to Raghu's eyes.
You must be thinking that why all these arrangements?? What is the occasion?? What is the purpose of this party?? I will tell you!! Just 2 years ago, a family who suffered a huge loss, left kashmir to start their new life in mumbai.'
Raghu got confused. Ok, so the family was Antara's family and they went Mumbai, but what was so special in that day???
There was a girl in that family. She was devastated at that time. So scared,confused!! She reached Mumbai and didn't like that city at all in her first glance. Too much noise and crowd for her. She reached at her Mama's place and unfortunately that already scared girl landed at the center of a battleground.(Antara smiled remembering that moment and so did Raghu) A young man was fighting with a group of very dangerous looking goons. Someone threw glass pieces on her. She covered her face with her hands to protect herself. Suddenly she felt that she was not on the ground. She was on air!!! Before those glass pieces could pierce her skin, that young man saved her. He took her safely to her Mamaji.
When she came inside the house, she heard a thud on window. She saw that the glass of the window was broken into pieces. Someone must have hit it with something heavy and through the crack of the window she saw that man's face again. He was looking at her. There was something in that gaze that it captured her completely. She also kept staring at her. As if he trapped her with his eyes!!! A goon suddenly attacked him from behind but he didn't even have to look back to stop that goon. He kept staring at her and defended himself.
Wowww!!!! So hawt!!!' The sound broke Raghu's concentration from her speech. He looked around and understood that he was definitely not alone in this room. A quite good number of audience here was listening to her tale. Not that he didn't know it, but it made him nervous. All found his fighting-without-looking-back hot. Pata nahi aage kya kya hone wala hai!!!
Ya!! It was definitely hot!!! (She smiled) Ok. Let's move on!! Her first night in mumbai wasn't supposed to be so special. She was sad!! She was crying. Then again something happened.
That evening, her brother lost his cricket bat!! He was very stubborn that he needed that bat only. Even a new bat was unacceptable for him. That girl was feeling so helpless. But when the night reached at it's darkest hours, she saw HIM again through that broken window!!!
Haawww!!!-The entire audience whispered in wonder and made Raghu even more nervous!!
He was with that lost bat!! He gave it to that girl!! And stared at her as if he was looking through her soul!! His eyes were searching something into her eyes. She was again summoned to stare him back. She hated that even without uttering a single word, he already had such a control on her. There was something in him.
He broke the gaze at first!!! He left!! She returned to her bed. But somehow sleep was running away from her that night. She was scared of tomorrow.
Suddenly she heard something. Someone was playing mouthorgan. And the music was so soothing. It pacified her restless mind and evaporated all her worries for tomorrow. She found peace in that music!!! And she slept like a little baby!!! Guys do u have to guess who played that???
As if that entire hall room screamed together-That young man!!'
That day ended. But after that day, many things changed. The meeting of these two people gave birth to some unique events which initiated many many other incidents. A lot of fights, ego-clash ended into their friendship and then they fell in love.
Raghu took a deep breath. He mentally said to her-I love u very very much!!'
A lot of obstacles came in their path!! They fought. Sometimes together, sometimes with each other.When one was weak, other one became his/her strength. A lot of tears,sweat and blood was shed.(She became teary eyes) But in the end they won. They became free. Free of hatred, free of guilt, free of gratitude. They became uninhibited. They broke the chain of rules and regulations and created their own world. Though their victory came much later,their journey started from that very day!! That man still protects that girl. Physically, mentally and emotionally!! That girl still finds peace in his mere presence.
That man is standing in front of that girl right now and that girl is at present feeling very nervous because from his expression she can't guess that whether he is angry,amused or happy???

Raghu felt that everyone was looking at him to guess his feeling right now!!! Someone switched on the lights!!! He looked around the room and almost everyone from his office and all his clients,their neighbors and other high rank officers of Kashmir- all were there. He looked back at her. She was still looking at him. But this time, no teary eyes!! There was a fiery passion in her eyes.
Guys!!! Don't u all think that, that day was special when they first met???
Yesss!!- all of them said.
Today, by celebrating this day, that girl wants to thank that man for coming in her life and making her so special by showering her with his love. Thank u!!!
Raghu couldn't control any more. He ran to her and hugged her. Everyone started clapping!! But Rantara was unaware of their surrounding. They were in each other arms and it was heaven for them. Rantara in Kashmir meant Heaven inside heaven!!!
