He seems familiar to Raghu and the new entry Aman who was Raghu's tour guide when Raghu went to Kashmir has some terrorist link . The implications are that Raghu might have unknowingly been the courier for the bomb because they might have tricked him into delivering it saying its a gift for Dr.Kaul
