I agree with the fact that she should have atleast thanked him for helping her find Ishan and saving them from the gundas and protecting them when they stayed at the garage...I guess from what I see is that she is doing this because she has not really gotten a chance to get to know raghu...I mean what does she know about him so far except for the fact that he is the bhai of the area?...I mean she doesn't know anything about his past or present ...She doesn't know him and who he is as a person yet...And the fact that she just lost her father and with her mother in that state, and on top of it she almost lost her brother because raghu had accidentally told him about his dad which led him to run away from home?..I mean unfortunately whenever she has had an encounter with raghu it hasent been a pleasant one...
First time she met him was when he was fighting , then he broke her windows, then she saw Ishan fall off the balcony and even then raghu was there so she assumed it was his fault, then he threw her family out of the house and kinda insulted her mom (unknowingly that she is really sick). yeah he did save her many times, and has even let her mom back home after coming to know that she was sick...But I guess the times he has done something good for her is overpowered by the fact that she doenst know him as a person yet along with her fear and insecurity...I mean considering that she is a girl from kashmir and has been brought up and raised amongst love, care, and protection...and now with everything changed and being forced to life in fear and violence can change a person's attitude...especially when you havent come across certain type of people it takes time to get to know them and understand them...right now shes just assuming things based on what she sees...and hasent gotten a chance to look at the inside story
When antara's mammi had gone to raghu and told him about antara's mom's condition she had said that out of all the people Im sure you will understand what it feels like when your mom is in that situation..that was because she knows about him and his past...she even said once that raghu isnt a bad person and that was because she knew everything about him but antara isnt aware of anything yet...and being the elder sister, and having so much responsibility on yourself all of a sudden after loosing one of your parents I guess can make one feel more insecure and scared about letting anyone in your life...I guess Antara feels like she has to protect her family from everyone cause shes scared about trusting anyone especially a stranger...and scared that it might be harmful for her family.
I kinda understand where shes coming from...Im sure once she gets to know raghu and the person he is obviously she will start trusting him...And I think that her decision about leaving is due to the reasons I mentioned above her family after dealing with gundas and seeing that her family might not be safe here I guess any girl in that situation would have done the same thing...
Also if she had an attitude issue she wouldnt have helped raghu with bandaging his wound and then given him the spatula...Even when she helped him with his wound it was because she remembered what her dad has said about helping people...So basically I think the way she acts with raghu is because of the changes which life has brought upon her all of a sudden and shes learning to deal with them..
.But i can already see that she is starting to change too just like raghu... She might have not said a sorry or thanks but she is starting to care for him...and as time goes on she will get to know him better and start trusting him as well...
