Starts with Raghu walking down a alley thinking about the promise that Shivani asked from him about not taking money from VPS he is wondering why she would ask that and what happened.

Worried where he will get that much money now.

A car comes driving down the alley and stops in front of Raghu it's the lady who had him boxing. She tells him there is a big fight and look I ran in to you.

He ask what does she mean. she tells him just by looking at you I can tell that you didn't find a way to get the money. Tells him there is a big fight tonight the winner of the fight gets I think she said 20 laks

She tells him it's not one fighter but two ask him what do you think you need the money. Raghu not looking interested in doing it the lady trying to push him into accepting.

He tells her I will not fight I have promised Shivani
tells him God has given you this opportunity but you are unwilling to break your promise

Tells him you need money for Shivani's operation right and time is important. tells him you are willing to play with Shivani's life for the sake of a promise. THis woman really knows how to push his buttons.
