Will Raghu tell family about fake marriage to the family members to give shivani peace of mind...
Will CVs keep this as secret for future track to expose Sumitra
Things are interrelated here,If Raghu doesn't reveal it as fake marriage,then Maya will stand up for sumitra for sure

Loved your idea of scene reversal in Mumbai..for a change shivani distances herself after knowing about her heart condition ,thinking Raghu is married...Raghu showering love and care on shivani.. 😳 ...

I doubt if Raghu will tell family any thing. Or reveal about fake marriage. I think he'll say that Shivani needs a change. And he has to take her to some of her relatives.

I didn't think about the idea of place change as doctors suggest in few movies ...Nice idea...No need of explaining medical reasons to family members...Problem solved 😊

the fake marriage secret might b kept on hold for future twist and drama once Raghu realises his love for Shivani in Mumbai and might want to come close to Shivani in Mumbai but he might plan to confess his love for her only after her treatment is done and she is all fine so that the confession dont look like some sort of sympathy 😳

On the other hand Shivani might go aloof and try to maintain a distance from Raghu in Mumbai because first she will not want Raghu to waste money on her treatment , second she wont b sure if she will survive at all in case the operation is not successful and third she will still think Raghu is a married man and so its better he remains loyal to Sumi than coming close to her whose life has no guarantee

So yes I see a role reversal of sorts in Mumbai .. and Shivani maintaining a distance or staying aloof only will make Raghu realise his love for her 😳
