However, before their entry, the show will see a major twist with a hospital sequence wherein the protagonist Shivani (Mansi Shrivastava) will be diagnosed with heart ailment.Yes, all will start when Shivani will suddenly faint during her wedding drama with Karan (Puru Chibber).
A source states, "Ginni would have put a blade inside Shivani's shoes. And due to the constant bruising in the leg, Shivani would start to bleed profusely. And she will faint owing to the blood loss."
Raghu will soon rush Shivani to the hospital. All will be well with the doctor attending on the wound immediately, but we hear that it will be in the hospital that the doctor will find out that Shivani has a heart ailment.
Our source further adds, "The doctor would inform Raghu about Shivani's health condition, and this would come as a big shock for Raghu."
