Mmm I am confused too.

but maybe Mahima after recieving that bill knew that Shivani may need a western wear . So she send it to her.😆 Maybe there was a prize in the club. Shivani won it.

Maybe Abhi gave her that dress to accept his abologize. And befriend with her again.🤢
