Surya lack of consummation unbelievable!

Guys, I have been unable to comprehend one thing - how a married, young couple who supposedly love and care for each other can live in the same room without getting intimate physically??!! Are they NORMAL?! Don't they have hormones like regular people? The CVs have even shown us sexual tension between them so how can they control their desire to this extent? I find this totally indigestible. After all, Surya are not saints!

What do you guys think? I think that Surya relationship is disturbing. I think that once his wife said ILU to him, a normal husband would eagerly consummate his marriage. I also think that if the wife loved her husband and knew he loved her too, she too would think of ways to seduce him and would assure him that consummation would have no impact on her IPS dream.

Agree with you 100%. That aspect of the story is most unrealistic. Suraj behaves like her father/brother rather than a husband. In real life it cannot happen.

Sandhya respects, likes and have an attraction towards Sooraj, but love she is yet to reach that point. She is behind Bhabo trying to be a perfect bahu 😃. She has to get over Bhabo and choose Sooraj once and for all. If she does that then she wont be able to stay 1 minute away from him.

I understand what you mean but thinking back to my own marriage, I had an arranged marriage. At the time of the marriage, I really liked my husband and felt attracted to him. True, deep love only developed later, slowly.. However, I was as eager and looking forward to physical intimacy as he was! Lol! And I believe that's normal. So even if Sandhya doesn't completely love Suraj, it shouldn't stop her from intimacy.
Secondly, if she really wants to please Bhabho, that's all the more reason to complete the husband-wife relationship. After all, she knows how pained Bhabho is about Surya's lack of intimacy.

@neel you were eager right. Here Sandhya is not. Inorder to please Bhabo she tried to get over with it. But as a husband Sooraj felt she is faking that eagerness and rightly so. She has some inherent inhibitions about intimacy and she tries to be intimate also for Bhabo which Sooraj cannot take. Else tell me which girl would think about Bhabo when your husband is touching you as though you are the most delicate thing on earth. That was how that Oct episode appeared to me.

She has to accept Sooraj, feel a natural need to be close to him, not because Bhabo wants it. Only when she goes the way she is to him, he will be in a postion to intimate with her. Husband's also know our eagerness. They also needs to be accepted. I guess a good number of them, though there are guys who doesnt give a damn to what their wives want and if they feel like they will consummate.

Their consummation lies solely in Sandhya's hands. She has to do it for herself, because she cannot stay away from him and not for Bhabo.

They may not want to have a child-or they may feel that once it starts, they won't be able to think of anything else. The latter is a popular view in India, why else are students always being told this is not your time for all this (when it actually is)?

Forget about consummation, they still have to forget about using jee for each other in private conversations...
