The cv's showed at the beginning that Sandhya couldn't even make a cup of tea and was useless at every thing, still is. But some viewers backed the cv's , ok fair enough maybe there are girls out there like that.

But now Emily, she knows how to do absolutely everything. When I saw her the other day using that stone thing to blend something, I was surprised that she even knew what that thing was. Especially during her wedding they wanted to show that just because they are Christians they are so different to the Hindu family which was a joke in itself. They should be able to differentiate between religion and culture.

Yeah I was very surprised when Emily could do so many things and Bhabo misunderstood her thinking Emily can't do anything just because she is a Christian. But everyone was surprised that Emily could do so many things.

i liked the way they r showing emily doing all works, if she dnt then also,i dnt have any problem bcz now a days some people only knw all household works others r busy with studies(like sandy) or not interested to do or learn.

The CVs have taken this route of showing a super efficient Emily because of the criticism over the handling of IR track which every one found very unrealistic. They want to reinforce in the mind of the viewer that even if you get a Bahu from a different religion she can be better than your own .By contrasting Sandhya and Emily that is what they seek to achieve. An acceptance of IR marriages. For that they have gone to the extent of skipping the transformation stage of Emily from a liberal modern girl to a traditional Beendani.
