I already have a running FF which some of you read but I just wanted to write something completly different its sort of to do with the storyline but it is a leap! The new OS is called Dard! I will let you all read and then you can give your honest comments and critisisms I know this is out of the blue but I hope you enjoy reading it! 😃
OS- Dard
It was all over now, Sandhya thought as she looked at her paper on her desk. She felt weird in her heart, where she was what she was doing it wasn't right because he wasn't around anymore. She didnt belong there anymore. She had been sitting on her chair in her desk trying to finish the paper work on the case to no avail. Her eyes kept wondering around looking for an escape. She didnt want this dream anymore because her life wasn't with her. The man who loved her with all his heart wasn't with her now. They were torn apart due to destiny. There was no peace no ounce of happiness in her life anymore. Because he had gone forever. That single thought kept terrifying her because she had learned in the last two years that she could not live without him. She wondered what he was doing now. Would he be married? Sooraj made everything happen for her. If she had become an IPS officer it was only because of one person. Sooraj himself. Why did God take him away from me? Her heart was broken, she achieved her dreams but the one she loved wasn't by her side to hold her hand in her happiness. Sandhya was a strong girl, determined and intelligent. She faced every challenge in her life but being away from Sooraj has broken her completly. Her life is aimless.
*Two Years Later*
Sandhya was stamping away important documents just then footsteps neared her desk.She didnt bother to look up as it was probably some idiot criminal who was drunk. She hated them.Just then she looked up into the person's eyes and she froze. What she saw in those eyes made her freeze like a deer caught in the headlights. Her life halted and she gulped with fear. Her heartbeat rose as she saw those innocent eyes that she fell for, that soul that she would die for, that person who her heart beated for. She looked away because she could not bear the pain in his eyes. She couldn't bear to look at those eyes that changed her life completly. She couldn't believe her eyes. She felt as if she was in a deep sleep and his face was surrounding her like walls enclosing her. She wanted to hide in her bed and cry for days on end and never get out. But she was stronger more confident in that. Her eyes nor his blinked. They looked into each other's eyes and looked deep into the pain that had been caused by them. She kept telling herself that over and over again that she had to move. She didnt deserve the love he gave her. She was never a part of the Rathi's always an outcast no matter how much she justified herself. She couldn't blame him for leaving her because she had taken the smile away from his lips. She couldn't tolerate the hatred between a perfect mother and son. She could never be his. She could never wrap herself in his arms and be his. He just looked at her expressionless. She still remembers the way he looked when she left it almost seemed the same now. He had forgotten to smile. That smile that would enlighten her world had disappeared forever. Oh how much she yearned to see him laugh with freedom to see those cute dimples at the side of his cheek appear again. She wanted him to look at her the same way he did before, with love, affection and warmth. She wanted that pain to go, to go far away from their lives forever. She wanted him to look at her secretly from a far and admire her. Send her those cute texts or those silent phone calls where their hearts would flutter. She missed that. She wanted him to clasp his manly hands over hers and treat her like a petal. She loved that quality about him. Sooraj was motionless at the door. Sandhya was dreaming with a teary smile on her face. She could not hold back the tears of seeing her husband at the door after two years. Two years. Separated from each other. Separated from each other's souls. The pain that has been bought with it is indescribable. Their eyes were interrupted as the officer came running to Sandhya to sign an important document. She picked the ink pen up and looked down at the paper. She signed "Sandhya Sooraj Rathi" in her eye that was the name she would live with and die with she couldn't change it. If anyone gave her this identity it was him. She looked back up at him. She wanted to say something. "Soo..." then Sooraj looked at her. "Sandhya!" her ears shot up. She yearned to hear her name from his mouth. She stood up and Sooraj looked at her in the outfit that she was wearing. He gave her a little smile and her eyes glistened. He slowly stepped forward and so did she. Their footsteps were nearing each other. The eagerness in their eyes was felt and their heartbeats rose. They stopped as they were near each other. They felt uncomfortable moving closer to each other. For some reason maybe the distance has hit them. Sooraj put his hand near her cheek and trickled his fingers down her soft skin to feel what he missed the most. Sandhya cherished this moment whole heartedly as she closed her eyes. Those soft palms caressing her cheeks again. It felt so right. "I'm sorry Sandhya!" his husky voice echoed in her ears and he pulled her in for a hug which he dreamt of having all these years. They silently cried their hearts out, expressing the happiness of being in each other's arms.
I am really happy that you loved the emotional writing it was the first time I wrote so emotionally for SurYa so I wasnt sure if anyone would like it! 😕
