@june Ann Mary , Jamkutty, sorry if I came on too strong in my post but I didn't mean to hurt or point fingers at anyone. I was just disappointed and sad at the deep root of this deception (not just this but other things like "allowing" disabled babies/foetus' to die because it is "better" for them...better for whom?)

I agree with your idea that the best way to behave with people who behave badly is to continue treating them well 😊... This will heap burning coals on their head... Preaching/threatening meena will only make her change her external appearances for a short while but not what is inside her...

Coming to some people way of thinking , Am totally gettin upset who still say Bhabo love , Sandhya , but a bit rude . I dont get some , Is teasing DIL parents for not knowing cooking is a bit rude ? 😲

Is being Educated a Crime ? Is taunting to use Dustbins for ones Health is only a bit rude ? 😲 Taunting on Awaring the Duties of Right to Vote is only bit rude ? Dont she invite Voting is Necessary for ones citizen identity ? 😲 . Then wats so special in taking the character of Backward MIL ? 😲 only for Bashing DILs and Deny sons Happieness in Marital Life ? 😲 .

I completely disobey Vickram slapping Meena , U want her to hold releation with her make her regrett and know the Value of Releations , If u dont want her to stay in your house pack her bags and say leave . But Slapping is not a Solution or correct way to judge her deeds

Nisha chechi, chechi njan aalochikkatha kaaryaanallo paranje. I said it generally. Punishment is generally considered as physical abuse by everyone. But 4 me it is different. I consider it to be something that can make u rethink about your deeds, recognise mistakes and deeply apologise to him/herself for doing mistakes. Once mistakes r done, they r done. Cannot change it. So punishments should be aimed at understanding self & realising own mistakes. Thats what I meant. 4 that what way is to be adopted, that depends on situations. If u has patience, then better adopt what I told. But how much it can be done in some cases. The basic instinct of a scorpion is always 2 injure at any cost. Hope u remember the story of tortoise who carried scorpion in waters & what happened thereafter! So in d matter of such people, keep an eye on them, keep them at a distance and be cautious about their deeds always. Only that can be done! Its hopeless to expect them change.

totally agree with you...both should be thrown out... keeping liars at home is not a good thing, surely meera will plot something bad against sandya if she stays

Totally agree. Vikram is no better. He is an accomplice in abetting and committing crime, and Bhabo forgives him? just because he held the Ramayan. He should face the same punishment as Meena. In fact, I think he is faking right now to escape Bhabo's anger and so Bhabo ultimately forgives Meena for his sake. He is totally EVIL.

IN MY OPINION, MEENA AND VIKRAM BOTH OF THEM SHOULD BE SHOWN THE DOOR (AND THIS CAN BE DONE NONVIOLENTLY)

But I don't expect much from Bhabo. She is a hypocrite herself. Maintains double standards; gives gigantic lectures specially to sandy whch are unnecessary completely; always excuses and believes her own children; as if her own children are the best in the world.

BHABO SHOULD ABSOLVE SANDY OF ALL THE FALSE ACCUSATIONS OPENLY IN FRONT OF EVERY FAMILY MEMBER; SHE SHOULD LET GO HER EGO AND APOLOGIZE TO SANDHYA.

SURAJ SHOULD NOT STAND LIKE A LAME DUCK. HIGH TIME HE SAID SORRY TO SANDY FOR HIS FAMILY'S MISTREATMENT OF HER; HE SHOULD ALSO REVEAL THE TRUTH ABOUT THE NECKLACE TO HIS FAMILY.

Agreed. No man should raise a hand on his wife, and Vikram definitely shouldn't seeing what he has done so far.

I agree that she should be thrown out of the house, not so much as punishment but because you can't trust her. At least I wouldn't. I mean this isn't some dumb dispute, she lied, co conspired with her family, and sent her mother in law to jail. That's a big deal.

As for the last sentence, I agree. Vikram needs to be punished in some way as well. However in a lot of these shows, the blame is always put on the woman no matter how much the man is equally at fault. It's like the Adam and Eve mentality with the apple. Eve told Adam to taste the apple and Adam did it and both were punished. Lots of people blame Eve but they forget that Adam had the option to say no.
