Diya-Baati in true sense! (TT review 25 May 2012)

And finally the truth is Out... Suraj and Sandhya were fabulous in today's episode and the entire Episode belonged to them...

Finally Sandhya spoke today, and when she did what she asked Suraj was why he did all that, why he made life so impossible for her as well as for him when she never Indicated or told him about them getting separated ever... During the start of the MU track (As directed by Suraj) the thought does cross Sandhya's mind that, could Suraj's sudden change of behavior be because of her telling him frankly of the pain and sufferings she was going through and how she was tired of proving herself worthy of the Rathi Household,.. And that's exactly what she mentions today also. She tells him that she was never angry or dissatisfied with the Rathi's and whatever she told him the other day was her simply pouring out her heart to him because she had nobody else...

She tells him that this accident has brought half the truth in front of her, but she wants to know the other half too.That is the reason behind Suraj's change, the reason for him to even think something like that and plan according to it as and when needed...Suraj opens upto her and tells her about their conversation the other day as how she told that she was tired of proving herself time and again, and how Chotu told him about Sandhya handling the shop, and the final blow came to him in the form of the Divorce Paper leaving him shattered, which is why he resolved to help her. She has been trying since day 1 to prove herself, to make a place for herself in the heart of Bhabho etc but every time she was taunted/insulted etc. He tells her that this was the only way he could help her get away and live a peaceful and happy life, and he created situations such that everybody would blame him and never ever point a finger at her. Sandhya is shell shocked hearing Suraj's confession and what follows is a Beautiful Hug from Sandhya's side, where she takes initiative...

The Hug was a beautiful one and showed how much she loved him yes she may not have confessed it, or voiced it but her actions were more than enough to show how much she loved and respected her Man, her husband who went beyond measures to just make sure that she could leave a happy life, even if that meant that he would die a 1000 deaths every minute every second of the day thinking about her, missing her. Sandhya has always been shown to be uncomfortable when caught in such a situation, but both the HUGS that were shown (Yesterday and Today) showed that she is in a place where she shares a different quotient with Suraj. Today when she came forward and hugged him not once did she hesitate, it was her heart that longed to Hug him, to show him how much she is touched/moved by Suraj's words. That here was a man, her man who the World taunts to be a mere sweet-seller placing the happiness of his wife before anything.

They are truly Diya and Baati in true sense... When Suraj confesses the truth and also admits that he would have died had it not been for her (Seeing Sandhya Alive) when Sandhya tells him how he is the one responsible for her being alive (Narrates Bhabasa's Mob Incident)... I think that was very symbolic in terms of the tittle.

Finally the MU track is cleared, and hopefully in DABH which has been ruling the TRP charts for quite sometime now its time for some Romance... We audience would def want to see Suraj and Sandhya in that Phase of their life... Sandhya has always understood Suraj, and now that all MU's are cleared she would know to read Suraj inside out. It wouldn't be hard for her to realize his Love. But what we look forward is to see Sandhya's part of the Story. What Say Guys???
