Chandi and Eshu are fighting over what dish would be cooked when Anji comes and says that they would be going out for dinner today as Anant got a major deal today. Dabbu says she won't be able to come because of work. She is covering different chat shops and also tasting chaat alongwith and cameraman asks how she can be so positive even with such low work. The cameraman gets a call informing him of a riot jsut 4 streets across. Dabbu says let's cover it, the cameraman Santosh says no everyone is scared to go there, Dabbu insists that then this will be an exclusive coverage for the channel. Santosh asks him to lead and he will come informing his wife. But it turns out that this was all Dylan's plan to make her cover imprtant news without knowing how important it is. Dylan tells about his plan to his mom and how he is making her work and gain confidence.
Dabbu is thinking that she would be able to prove herself to Dylan after covering this news today. They reach the spot but there the riots are taking an ugly turn with gons beating people and torching up shops and houses. The cameraman says its too risky and that they should leave, but Dabbu remains unscared and keeps covering this news and interviews someone about the reason for the riots. She goes on covering the riots while Santosh informs Dylan that riots have gotten out of control and this is risky but Debjani keeps insisting to cover it. Dylan asks him to leave immediately but Santosh sees Dabbu trapped in the midst of the riots. Dylan tells his mom he is going there to get them to safety as he was the one who sent her there.
At home everyone is getting ready to leave for dinner when Mr. Chaddha comes there telling him how he has already bought most of the bunglows in the vicinity and has come here with a very good offer for Mr. Thakur. He says that the market value of this bunglow is 25 crores, but he is ready to offer him Rs 30 crores for the bunglow. LN says that he is not interested in selling his bunglow. Chaddha says he won't get such a deal but LN says he isn't interested in the deal and asks him to leave. The Thakurs are all set to leave, when LN's friend calls up telling him about riots in Karol Bagh. LN gets worried as Dabbu has gone there only. Everyone else is also worried. Dylan keeps calling Santosh and Dabbu but their phones are not reachable.
Dabbu is helping a child injured in the riots when Santosh comes and asks her to leabe, but Dabbu refuses and the rioters start chasing them. They hit Santosh on the head and corner Dabbu who is trying to protect the child.
Chaddha calls up someone telling him that he had gone to LN Thakur on his advise but LN insulted him and the guy on the phone says to give it some time and relax.
The police come just in time and rescue the child while Dabbu goes to cover the footage. Dylan comes there and asks the police officer about his crew. He is searching for them when some goon tries to threaten Dabbu into handing over the camera to him. When she refuses he is about to hit her with a lathi but just then Dylan comes and stops him.
