@Mandy, Good points... Except I don't really agree about Dabbu being bechari... In fact she was more bechari in the book if you want to look at it that way...crying the whole day coz of a bad review.
As for her being shoved to the background, it's not about clothes but an ability to connect with people and I don't think Dabbu's good at that. There's a certain Luna Lovegood-ish manner about her which makes her a little weird in the eyes of society. So yeah, even if you are pretty and smart, there's no guarantee you'll be popular. I've seen that happen.

I agree about Mamtaji but seriously I never cared about her much in the book either. Love LN, though. Simply awesome he is. :)

Bhudevi ugh dont remind me. Hated her in the book will hate her in the show.

I dont understand why Mamata is made into crying n over worrying machine😕the Mamta of book was way better, she was not that worried, she was not that sweet to bhudevi, she used to tell her daughters to stay away from her matters especially to dabbu😆

LN is impressive but i feel LN of the show is bit softer compared to LN of book

Bindu was not negative, her only agenda was to get her share of property so that vickyji can start his business😆here Binny is always complaining somewhat similar to book's binny n she is funny too😆

bhudevi was irritating in book with endless drama but here she is being potrayed as negative😕

now waiting for Dylan's parents n "mera shona"😆i loved dylans mother in the book, i wish her character is same as book, dreaming of playing with grand children soon😆

As for Mamta ji, well I guess she is not as great as the book, but she's okay so far, except for the shaadi shaadi jaap. She's more Mrs Bennet that way.

I am liking Binni better than I did in the book tbh. I thought they would make her the vamp but by all means I dont mind if they give that allotment to Bhudevi instead! Lol.
