Hello guys!! Looks like I'm back with the next part of this ff after almost 6 months. WOW!! I really didn't think it would get me so late. Anyway, I'm sorry. I've tried to make it interesting, but probably I've lost my creativity in 6 months time 😆. Hope you guys like it. PART 16
Here's a recap for all those including me, who had forgotten how far the story had gotten.
AK are now together. Xmas celebs on. Armaan is Santa. AR meet at BB court.
Riddhima returned in 2 minutes. But there was nobody with her. Wait, she had something in her hand. Something big.
Armaan was totally confused now. Riddhima was really nervous and was blushing terribly.
"Meet the love of my life." Riddhima said trying as far as possible to be normal.
She held something in front of Armaan. He was highly irritated but his breath fell short when he saw what was in front of him...a MIRROR!
"I love you Armaan!" Riddhima said looking lovingly at him.
Armaan was damn sure this was yet another silly-never-will-be-fulfilled dream.
"Yeah, like I don't know. You always say this in my dreams, but never in reality" he said, leaving Riddhima disappointed.
"But I'm not in your dreams right now. I'm actually here and I actually said IT" she said, now highly irritated.
Armaan got into a tizzy, just to confirm he told her "Pinch me!"
She pinched him so hard, that he screamed out his lungs.
She had lost all the excitement of this confession now.
"Forget it!" Riddhima said and turned to leave, highly disappointed.
Armaan realized all of a sudden, that his Basket had actually said those three little magical words.
"Just a second Basket!" Armaan said holding her hand, thinking not to spoil this special moment, the biggest moment of his life, the moment he was waiting for so desperately, since ages. The day was here and he had to think of something to tell Basket.
"I'm sorry" he said, holding his ears. "I ruined this special moment. But before I can spoil things any further, let me just do this one thing." he said, bending on his knees.
"So Miss Riddhima Gupta, will you be mine forever? Please, please, please!!!" he said, bringing tiny tears to her eyes.
Riddhima said "Get up you idiot! Tum toh Angad ke copycat nikle. I thought you were Armaan the original. Moreover, I thought you would be proposing me, not vice versa!!"
"Par tumne mere sawaal ka jawab nahi diya" he said trying to interrupt her.
Their eyes met and that was it.
"YES!! YOU FOOL!! I am only yours" she said hugging him tightly.
"I love you Basket" he said hugging her back, he was too shocked that this day would ever come. He had come to the BB court with hopes of taking back pieces of his broken heart. But here was his intact heart. Oh wait! It was no more his heart. He had already given it away to his Basket. Armaan and Riddhima were always meant to be together.
"I love you too." she replied.
They remained in each other's arms for a long long time. This was a new feeling for both of them. They were enjoying this great feeling called love.
Finally, Armaan and Riddhima were in love.
"So Basket, stylish idea of yours, I must say" he said flirtatiously.
"Kya fayda, tumhe toh main ek SAPNA lagi thi na" she said grumpily, folding her hands.
"Kya karu Basket. Hamesha mere sapnon mein aati rehti ho. Isme meri kya galti hai" he whispered in her ears, causing a shiver in her spine.
Riddhima blushed so deeply that her cheeks turned to the colour of a tomato.
"Oye hoye" he said naughtily, and Riddhima put her eyes down.
"I love you Basket" he said again, giving a quick peck on her cheeks.
Riddhima's cheeks were already red, she didn't know what to do now.😳 She avoided looking into his eyes, coz' she knew that if she did, then she was dead.
But Armaan was Armaan. He had found his love. And there was no way he was gonna let go of her so soon.
"You're so gorgeous" he told her.
Riddhima was now finished.😳 She had silently planned to escape from Armaan coz' she could not control her blushing any longer. But too late Basket!
She had no option but to look at him now. But wonder what got into suddenly. She almost instantaneoulsy hugged Armaan.
"Armaan tum mujhe kabhi chod toh nahi doge na" she said looking for an answer in his eyes, with tears in her eyes.
"Basket yaar, mushkil se mili ho, aise kaise chod doonga? Itni aasani se peecha nahi chodne wala hoon" he said wiping away her tears. "Waise bhi Pushpa, I hate tears" he said imitating Rajesh Khanna. 😆
Riddhima laughed. Armaan felt at peace seeing her smile. There was something in her, something that cleared away all his doubts, soothened him, something that told him life is so beautiful. He had made it clear to himself that he would love her forever, come what may. After all, it is not a small thing for THE Dr.Armaan Mallik to fall in love. He felt so stupid for having so many girlfriends in the past. He wondered what made him do so. Man!! What would he have done without his Basket?? His love for her increased this day and he prayed that it would always increase each day.
"Sach kahoon Riddhima, tum ne mujhe dara hi diya tha. Tumhari woh baat sunkar, mera toh dil hi toot gaya tha. Pata nahi tumhare bina main kya karta. Shayad mar jaata." Before he could complete, Riddhima put her hand on his mouth.
"Aaj keh diya. Dobara mat kehna. Maine toh aise hi kaha tha, was just pulling your leg. I love you." she said, kissing him on the cheek.
"Oye hoye Basket, tum toh bilkul meri tarah ban gayi ho" he said with a sudden change in tone.
"Kya karen?? Buri sangat ka asar hai" she said chuckling, leaving Armaan fuming, but seeing her smile, he too started smiling.

Atul had to work hard that day. He was in charge of General ward with Anjali, Rahul and Muskaan. They had good reasons to give him, ultimately dumping all the work on his head. Rahul and Muskaan had to sort out their priorities, they are still to decide what exactly they feel for each other, and Anjali seems to be Atul's boss as usual.😆

Angad and Kripa had taken a day off for the day. Muskaan had forced Kripa to take a day's break with him.
Angad had decided to take Kripa out for shopping coz' he knew that was the best gift he could give her.😆
Kripa shopped, shopped and shopped till she dropped, what with Angad right beside her.
Angad had a surprise for her.
"Hey Senorita! Thak toh nahi gayi." he questioned her, hoping for a no.
"Haan, bahut!! Abhi tum mujhe seedhe ghar tak drop karoge" she commanded.
"Not yet sweety! Abhi toh shuruaat hui hai" he said cheekily.
"Kya matlab?" she said with a confused look.
"Just a minute" he said and closed her eyes.
"Come with me" he took her hand.
"Okay Senorita, ab aankhen kholo".
Kripa was shocked to see something like this. She had never seen such a beautiful place before. She was on cloud nine. She had hardly realized that he had brought her to the beach. The beach, which was so silent by itself, the waves complementing to this, soothing and calming the ambience. There was her favourite music playing in the background.

"Sure" she said.
They danced, danced and danced till they knew that now there was nothing in this whole world, nothing in the wide universe that could part them, nothing could separate them.
"Senorita, mujhe tumse kuch kehna hai" he said suddenly.
"I...I...I....I am hungry!!" he said, laughing out loud, leaving Kripa stunned.
She laughed out too at his childishness.
"Par yahan khana kahan hai?" she asked him knowing for sure that this time he had no go.
"Close your eyes again, will you?" he told her.
"One more time??" she was really surprised.
"Here we are! TADA!" he said.
"Wow!! maine socha nahi tha ki koi mere liye itna sab karega." she said tearfully.
Angad had set up a small sailing houseboat.
"It's beautiful Angad!! I love it!! I love you!!" she exclaimed excitedly.
"No, you are beautiful, my Senorita" he said.
Angad and Kripa had one of their best times today.
