hey gagan .... sorry i might be a little late with this .... i haven't seen the video but i just logged on and i saw this and just couldn't help myself .....

i don't think you need to apologize - your post is great and i agree with you completely ..... i find it kinda funny that yesterday people were upset about karan supposedly ignoring his fans and today some are upset that the creatives are paying attention to them😆 - toh ab karein toh kya karein?😆 ....

but jokes apart, i'm not sure who could have taunted or maybe i should say not appreciated your post/point of view .... but i guess there are people who like to see things kept real so the following is for them .....

i've been volunteering at a hospital for the past 8 years and i can tell you from first hand experience that though the doctors don't go around doing the things to the extent that are shown in dmg - they do do them!😛 ..... i mean it .... i've volunteered in the emergency room - and i emphasize this - and there are many occasions where we'll have music playing lightly in the background and the doctors and nurses will dance a little - and its done to put a smile on each others', the patients', and the volunteers' faces .... obviously i've yet to see a doctor seducing another but i can't even count the number of times i've seen them flirt with each other and with anyone for that matter (especially the paramedics😛 - confession: have done it myself😳 - and it worked to my advantage cause i was trying to fundraise and i got a paramedic to buy tickets even though he had already bought some😛😆) ....... so for all those people who feel that doctors don't behave this way at work - well you might be right - but only partially cause they do .... just not to the extent shown in dmg ..... but a lot goes on in hospitals they you wouldn't think of ..... that some may deem "unprofessional" but then is it "professional" for a doctor to advise a patient to stop smoking and then line up outside with the others to have a cigarette himself - it happens ...... cause afterall these people are humans too and they aren't perfect or god either ....

and again this is a tv show so there has to be some creative liberty na? ..... and i completely agree with you gagan in saying that it is absolutely touching to see the creatives being inspired by the fans - aren't we supposed to be the one who inspire them to continue? ...... i think we should be extreeeeeeeemly proud of the fact that dmg's fanbase is sooooo creative and inspirational ......

and also let's not forget that these are interns - life's harshness hasn't fully rubbed off on them yet ..... i mean i don't look at all the "extra" stuff they're showing in dmg as just stuff to spice it up or even just tricks to increase viewership - a lot of it is actually reflective of today's youth ...... truly i feel that they're rightly bringing up the "all-rounded-ness" (that isn't really a word but hey it works😆) in young people today ..... for example, dr armaan having tatoos - might seem unprofessional to some (like dr shashank😆) - but one of my friends is in medical school and he got a tatoo to celebrate that ...... and this guy is absolutely brilliant - and his tatoo doesn't take away from that ..... or take for example dr riddhima dancing, yeah sure the place, time and song might not be appreciated by all - but doesn't this show that along with being a doctor she appreciates music, and is up to date with current pop culture ......... and i'm bringing this up cause in a way this is also something that the creatives have taken from the fans ...... i'm a science student but i love music and tv and my being on this forum proves that ..... or for example you gagan, (sorry but i read your slambook) and it is obvious that you are smart, and pursuing med - but look at your brilliance in all of these multimedia things - i mean like the vms and siggies avis etc ..... and not just you but we have current or aspiring doctors, lawyers and engineers on i-f - and all of these people are here and are talented in many walks of life - not just in the subject of their career path but in the arts and musics and other academics ...... (look at shilpa - she's a software programmer/engineer turned actor - multitalented; karan's a hotelier turned actor - again multitalented)

so i actually think that not just our creativity - but we entirely are inspirational to the creatives - today's youth is well rounded and that's what they're showing here ..... they're just showing it in this way so that we don't fall asleep while watching it😆 ...... okay so coming back to my point i don't think you need to apologize cause you were just presenting your view and i'm sure many people will agree with it
