it cud be a dream..or sapna couldve realized shubankar cant be hers cuz hes married with a cute little girl 😆 ..so she might of decided to move on after all she is only 22 😳

I am confused as well.
I mean as members above me said, it can be Sapna's dream, or she wants to quit DMG thats why or maybe cuz she realzied that Shubh is way older than her 😕

I don't think it was a dream. I'm glad that she said yes to Amit. They look too cute together! Aur jahaan tak Dr. Shubankar ki baat hai toh, I guess she just realized that maybe they weren't meant for each other. I mean, did you guys notice how she wasn't having trouble talking straight with him. She has been acting normally for a couple of episodes.
