i think he's juhi - rahul's son. 'coz aman either died or left sanjeevanio later. simran, also dies, 'coz of the terrorist attack in the hospital.

well i dont really know anything about sanjeevani and its characters (coz i never watched any episodes) but i think that there will be a story with armaan and his dad coz if you remember at the beginning when armaan got arrested, he asked his lawyer if his dad came or not, and he was quiet upset and frustrated about it. And also when Dr Ridhima was trying to persuade one of the patients to donate blood or kidney or something for his father he told ridhima that she doesnt know about the pain that the patients father caused him and when ridhima asked him back "do you know" then he was quiet upset.

so am just waiting to find out the story behind that now. 😉

I think armaan is juhi's son... well, who knowz... but i also think Atul's dad could be one of the sanjivani workers or doctors because i read somewhere that atul became a doc becoz' his dad worked in the hospital (either as a worker or a doc .. i dont kno)

I also think he is Juhi and Rahul's Son!!

Ohh I cant recall Sanjeevani's end. Did Rahul and Juhi get back together??? Simran dies? I think Armaan is somehow related to Simran's family. Simran's dad was a cruel man and the why Armaan feels low when the lawyer tells him that his father couldnt come to bail him out from the jail, he felt sad. Rahul was a caring man so why would he not be good to his own son??? Armaan must be from Simran's family in that case.
