ridhi in OT room ,the other interns who r sittin outside the room were very anixous to knw whether ridhi is successful or not, dr.keerti suggest tat they shld go for c section as the risk is high but ridhi tells keerti tat they shld go for normal delivery ,n dr keerti agrees n finally ridhi is succesful in her opertion!!! she tells mrs singh tat its a girl baby n mrs singh remembers tat ridhi fulfilled her promise.
then dr keerti n ridhi go out n informs mr singh tat everythin is fine ,n he thanked ridhi !!!
there atul ,ridhi n sapna are lookin at the baby ,sapna tells atul it is not riddhima's kid she dint gav birth ,but atul tells no riddhi gav birth to this baby n they keep fightin n admiring the baby
dr .keerti also congr ridhi then ,keerti tells her tat at times u cant fulfill all the promise she makes
ridhi is thinkin tat dad said her once tat there is no difference between a battlefield n while savin a persons life !!! then she sees armaan n she gets angry again , armaan sees her makin faces ,he calls her n congrates her on her success ,but he tells ridhi tat she copy his idea of takin to the patient ,n he tells her too thank him
then we see sapna thinkin as y her mother is behind her marriage ,she will find a suitable groom once the rite time arrives ,then suddenly she sees a dr (i forgot his name) n she falls for him he is a cardiac doc n he ask sapna to take him to sunaina's room(a patient)
they show tat the girl's muscles are very weak n cos she does not eats anythin cos she thinks tat she is very fat n their sapna is tryin to feed her ,but all in vain
she tells the doc tat she knws a person who will make sunaina to eat food ,n then we see armaan enterin tat girls room n he takes her for a date in their hospital canteen
armaan calls for the waiter( n we see atul is the waiter he was lookin so sweet😆😆)armaan orders for so many dishes n sunaina asks him tat he eats so much but still he has maintained his body n armaan tells her tat it is because works out , n day n nite he works in hospital tat's his secret .all the dishes arrive n armaan keeps eatin n seein him eatin so much she has soup ,there sapna n ridhi r watchin all this ,n sapna tells riddhi tat armaan is so helpful
in locker room;
riddhi tells atul n sapna tat she is confused abt armaans behaviour there armaan enters n he tells tat cos of this date he got sunaina's ph nos ,riddhi tells everyone tat she was rite armaan cant be helpful n gud at all !!!

there we riddhi sees anjali workin n thinks abt the way she spoke to her before she went to OT,she tells anjali tat she is sorry abt the misunderstandin anjali tells its fine ,then shashnak enters tat they will celebrate riddhi's success but he gets a mysterious call n then he cancels the program
then we see maya n armaan r fightin again n armaan tells may to go n die ,cos their relation has cum to an end ! ridhi sees all this
then we sees a a girl is brought in a streacher n she has cut her nerves , she ask anjali whether the girls condition is stable ,anjali tells her to stay out of this cos this is her case ,ridhi is shock to see tat the girl is none other than maya
ridhi is thinkin abt armaan n maya ,then cops cum n they ask ridhi who is dr.armaan ?? n he was standin infront of her ,the cops go n arrest armaan cos in maya's sucide note she has blamed armaan for her condition
