Personally, I think this explains the AR fights.

AR did talk about their likes, dislikes and dreams.

Armaan knew her likes and dislikes and that's how he was able to tell Sid about them.

They did sit down and just talk. I remember during the KaSu times, Riddhima talked about what she wanted in her future. She wanted a lovely house with a big lawn and many trees. She even wanted a dog.

And AR didn't always talk about themselves to each other. They learnt things about each other through their actions and experiences. Such as Riddhima's fear of darkness.

Ok I really got to go so this is all I'm going to say.

I respect your opinion, and I'm not trying to get into a fight, I'm just stating a few facts.

But I will say this - I disagree on one point - their relationship, although started off with no common ground, was ABOUT the fact that there was no common ground b/w the two. But, their love, rather his love and persistence in teh beginning, and then hers after a while, kept SOMETHING going, till that SOMETHING blossomed into love. She held herself at bay for a really long time.

DISCLAIMER - I speak about AR only uptill the shootout scene - anything after that was .. unexplainable khichri ...

During Shilpa times, Riddhima did fall in love with Dr. Armaan who was so much attached to his patient Minnie...she was bowled over by the man who has so much love for his patient.

Arman also felt for the beautiful Doctor who is so soft from inside when they were in the village camp.

Arman & Riddhima did have the courage to be themselves against each other without thinking what the other person will think....yes they did fight but those were never nasty...infact those made them know each other so well.

ARmaan helped Ridhima to fight the insecuirties of being adopted. Armaan helped Riddhima to feel secured during Anjali's mistake in giving the patient the wrong medicine. She helped Riddhima's Mom to get married to his dad being a friend.

Kasu time we saw their love getting strengthened immensely. They started to belong to each other.Riddhima during that time understood Armaan's tension of being a child from a broken home. She understood Armaan's insecurities in front of Dr. Shashank. She supported Armaan totally. She also supported Arman during the bhook hartal days. She also fought the whole world silently with Armaan. We saw Armaan ready to sacrifice his life to save Riddhima and got seriously injured saving her from fire. Again when he knew that he won't be able to save her from the bomb blast he was ready to die with her. Arman understood Riddhima's tension about his dad's Sanjeevani problems and he was ready to do anything to make her smile. All through the 'Kasu' days we did see very understanding and supporting AR for each other. They rarely fought during whole Kasu times after the great Milan in the village.

During Jen times, we saw Riddhima supporting Armaan over his problems with his memory loss. she was ready to sacrifice her career to save him from failing the exams. Their love strengthened inspite of Armaan forgetting her completely. She went to be with Arman when terrorists attacked sanjeevani and eventually took the bullets for him. even after marriage we did see some very nice scenes between Armaan and Riddhima talking to each other, during that time when Riddhima's marriage was falling apart, Arman gave back her umeed. Arman always respects Riddhima and will get angry if anyone speaks anything against her. Armaan & Riddhima completely understands and knows each other. Yes, i agree there were fights between them but those happened only to bring them closer. Moreover every show has misunderstanding and fights between the lead couples to bring in more twists and turns and to carry on the show further.....this is the norm of all the shows in every channel... AR fights were nothing unnatural in Tellyland...infact DMG didnot have any negative character to bring in twist so AR fights brought in more stories as the show required it to run further.

But AR were very much equal in their relationship. They fought when the didnot like the other's ideas, but always ended understanding each other more.

Arman & Riddhima did share many moments talking and understanding each other through out the show in their journey of 700+ episodes..

Love doesnt even need words to understand each other,words just make it look forced or planned .Armaan and Riddhima never needed to talk to understand what the other felt ,their hearts knew each other and isnt that proof enough of their love and relation and them being 'right' ?
