Dr. Riddhima Armaan Malik OS

It had been almost 2 weeks since the day Armaan and Riddhima had gotten married. Both of the them as much as they loved each other were still finding it hard to get used the small and subtle changes of being married. Armaan was still in awe of the fact that his Riddhima was now his and only his and that she was with him 24 hours of the day.

The Malik's arrived in Sanjeevani, and got straight to work, after a casual goodbye at the nurse station both Doctors took to their own separate duties. Everything was happy and fine until a patient who was in need of surgery was admitted. It turns out that this surgery was one those complicated cases that doctors pride themselves in handling and so both doctors ran to the scene. "Armaan tum yahaan?" she asked. "Haan Riddhima ek doctor ek patient paas hi hoga" he responded quickly and then added a sly "Tum yahaan kya kar rahi ho". "Jaise aapne kaha Doctor main yahaan APNE patient ko dekhne aai hoon" she asserted. "Really yahaan par to ek hi patient dikh raha jo MERA hai" he added. "Armaan please this is my patient!" she sounded annoyed now. " Jee nahin yeh mera patient hai! Iss surgery ke liye mein kabse wait kar raha hoon" he said. "Mera hai!" she said childishly. And as it was natural with Armaan and Riddhima they found themselves in yet another bicker! They stood there for about two minutes yelling "Mera hai" back at eachother until finally a nurse walked over and interrupted.

"Kya hai!" Armaan yelled. "Sir woh..." responded the nurse nervously. "Sorry about that, kahiye please" Armaan said. The nurse told them that the patient had actually requested a doctor for his surgery and that they were to find out who that doctor is and report to surgery within an hour. "Chalo yeh problem bhi solve ho gayi, ab chalo nurse station aur dekh lo ki yeh MERA patient hain" said Riddhima. Armaan just smirked!

They got to the nurse station and asked, the nurse said "Patient ka requested doctor hai Dr. Malik". "HA! Kaha tha na I am the best doctor here so obviously mujhe hi request kiya hoga! Kaisa lag raha harna Dr. Riddhima!" Armaan said. Riddhima however just smiled, folded her arms and gave Armaan an odd stare. "Haar kar bolti band ho gayi kya" he was confused. "shyaad aap kuch bhool rahe hain Dr. Malik" she said in a laughing tone. "Kya? Kya bhool raha hoon main!" he asked. "Ab yahaan ek nahin DO Dr. Malik hain" she smiled! "What do? Yeh doosra......oh" Armaan was embarrassed. "OH!" she asserted! He just put on an awkward smile and put his hands on his hands as if to say damn how could I have forgotten! Armaan instantly smiled, he had wanted to hear that for so long and now it was reality she was infact Dr. Malik! "Isme likha nahin hua ki aap dono mein so kaun hai toh Ab decide aap ko karna kaun yeh case handle karega" said the nurse.

"So...Dr. Malik kya aap yeh case karna chahen gi?" said Armaan. "Kyon Dr. Malik aap nahin karna chahate?" she asked. "Woh kya hai na..." he took a hold of her arms and pulled her in "...aaj hum bahut khush hain toh isi liye surgery ka mann nahin, aaj yeh surgery aap kijiye Dr. MALIK!" he said with a naughty smile! She just smiled. "Dheek hai Dr. Malik lekin pehle aap haath toh chodiye!" she added. "Oh sorry!" he answered. " Woh kya hai naa Dr. Riddhima Malik sun kar mujhe bahut acha lagta hai" he said. Now she went closer to him and whispered in his ears "Mujhe Bhi".

Just as she was about to walk away a man came up to her and started to ask her questions regarding his family members. As she consulted with the patient Armaan just looked at her and all he could think of was how lucky he was to have her and how much it meant to him that his name was joined with hers forever. He couldn't think of anything that would make him happier then he was at the moment but as it is with Riddhima she found a way! As the man was about to leave he stopped turned around and said, "Aap ka naam Doctor". Riddhima looked over to Armaan who was staring at her, she smiled and while looking Armaan in the eyes said, "Dr. Riddhima Armaan Malik."
