I hope People Realize what they are doing is wrong,Abusing/Bashing/Badmouthing a Actor is something not tolerable!!
Yes the Channel needs to take serious action coz there is a tolerance level/A limit for everything!!
Offlate I have seen a lot of Abusive/derogatory posts in the MF After and before the press conference!!Again the Actors are being bad mouthed/abused by some of the members!!
Hope fully the mods are trying there level best,Hope the needful be done!!

This was seriously needed.. Voicing your opinion on a particular track or scene is one thing and sending abusive mails is another.. I think the people who do such things should accept the FACT that DMG is a fictional show with FICTIONAL characters.. To abuse creative people for fictional characters is not done..

maybe I'm just being dumb, but hey, who cares. so, what precisely is the 'legal action' the PH can take against indivisual fans? is sending mails a crime? heck, IF members itself end up sending each other hate PMs so many times, so should we take those to the court of law? should we sue the PM sender and track that person down through his/her IP? celebrities recieve 'abusive' mails everyday. it comes with the job. maybe they all should sit and contact their 'legal cell'.

anyway, it all boils down to this - what legal action can they take? I'm sure since you're following it up so seriously, you might know the answer aswell.

apart from that, good luck with trying to create a sweet-n-lovable forum. apparently gushing about an 'intimate' moment and posting caps of the hero grabbing the heroine's bare waste is perfectly alright while using words like 'WTF" and 'screw' is not. wow, what 'socially acceptable standards', no? high on morality. it's okay to post topics about wet dreams but it's not okay to simply post a spoof that simply has words like 'WTF'. nice.

is the intention of the post even considered before having it shut down? or just the mere usage of a few words guaruntees it's presence in the trash bin? what about the context?

well yes, two of my comic strips have been trashed and I don't like it. I have absolutely no idea of the grounds they were trashed upon but I was told that you were the one who didn't want to tolerate any 'obscene' and 'derogatory' remarks.

can I have my topic back on the MF?

Sending emails is not a crime but sending ABUSIVE emails to any individual / company may lead to one. I am not the legal advisor so you just need to read a bit on Internet Law. However I just understand one thing that if you are in the recieving end of the same thing will you appreciate that? Treat people the way you want yourself to be treated.

If there is a wrong post made on the forums by another member doesnt make your post a right one. One should report the same to the Moderator to take appropriate action.

Use of slangs is NOT acceptable on I-F and if some one disagrees please use another website where its fine to abuse and use all kinds of slangs.

Last but not the least your topic wont appear back if they are in violation of our I-F code of conduct.
