Riddhima rushed to her cabin and broke down.

Ridz

I couldn't stand it the last time he left me'and now that he is back'please just stay. Please'please forgive me. I don't know how I can ask you to forgive me when I can't even look at you. All I know is that I can't let you leave again'I can't.

Ridz takes in a deep breath and a look of determination washes over her face. She marches throughout the hospital in search of Sid and she finds him in the caf, alone.

Before walking up to Sid she embraces herself.

Ridz

Remember you may not deserve him, but you need him. You save lives every day now it's time to get yours!!

Riddhima walk up to Sid, who is lost in thought.

Sid (in thought)

I still haven't seen her! I know I shouldn't even think about her, let alone search for her. I know I shouldn't desire to hold her, to love her'but I can't help it. Even after what she did'she betrayed me. And I am still thinking about her'hoping that she hasn't moved on! Stop it, Sid. You are above this. You can't keep going back her, not after what she did. I know that'I do. But my heart just won't quit leading me towards her. I wish I could just tear it out off me. It follows and aches for the one person that caused it to shatter into a million pieces'perhaps because it knows that she is the only one that could mend it again.

"Sid"-Riddhima

Sid is shocked to see Ridz, let alone hear her voice. He is unable to speak so he just nods his head.

"Mujhe tumse kuch baat karni hai"-Ridz

Sid looks away as he wasn't in the mood to relive the past, but he couldn't help looking at her again. So he points to the chair in front of him, but Riddhima refuses his offer.

"Yahan nahi. Mere saath chalo"-Riddhima

"Tumhare saath hi tha Riddhima'par tumhi ne mujhe saath chorne par majboor kiya"-Sid whisper while still looking at Riddhima. Riddhima felt as if someone had just strangled her heart and was about to break right there. But she took a deep breath and requested Sid to follow her.

Riddhima leads Sid to the terrace. The sky was filled with clouds and it looked as if it could start raining any moment. There was a cold wind blowing and Sid could sense that Riddhima was cold. As much as he wanted to stand his ground he couldn't help his heart from wanting to protect her, so he took of his jacket and put it around her. Riddhima looks into Sid's eyes with hope, but Sid looks away and backs away from her.

Ridz

He still cares. Sid you still love me. Even after what I did. There is still hope that we can be together'that I can have you back in my life. Trust me Sid, once I have you back I will never let you leave again. I will always cherish you! Just once come back!

"Tumhe kuch bhaat karni thi?"-Sid with his back to Ridz

Riddhima stared at the man that she had been longing for 3 months. The thirst she had for him caused her to rush to him and hug him from behind. Sid was shocked as he never thought she would break down. That after all this time she hadn't move on'that she still longed for him just like he did for her.

"Don't leave me, Sid! Please just once'just once come back to me. Take me in your arms. I promise I will never let go. I need you, I need to see the love in your eyes, I need to have you take me in your arms, I need you. There hasn't been a single moment that I haven't thought about you. You were the only person I thought about'the only person that truly has both my heart and my soul. I love you Sid"-Ridz

It starts raining as if all the tears that Riddhima had built up were finally showering upon the two of them.

Sid

She loved ME! All this time I thought'well I didn't think I just reacted. But she loves me and for 3 months she's been waiting for me. I love her, and I can't help myself from forgiving her. But Riddhima you have caused me so much pain and I can't bear to give any pain. Riddhima I know I will accept you again because with you is the only way I know how to live. But'

Sid turns around and pulls Riddhima away from him.

"Prove it"-Sid

With this Sid walks away from Riddhia, but stops right before leaving the staircase as if waiting for Ridz response. Riddhima can't endure to watch Sid leave so she stand still for a moment. Then she falls to her knees as if losing all hope of living again.

Ridz

Nahi!! I can't let him leave. I can bear to lose my life but I can't'I won't watch him leave me again. I don't care what happens now, all I know is that I love you Siddhant Modi and I won't let you leave.

"FINE, I will prove it"-Ridz screams to the skies above. What Riddhima was unaware of was the fact that Sid was standing behind the door. Sid smiled upon seeing Ridz determination!

"Don't worry Riddhima we will be together once again, because I won't let us be apart. But I think I have earned to really know how much you love me. I love you'I can't help it"-Sid whispers as he leaves.

The next day (Sanjeevani)

Sid walks into Dr. Shashank's office to find Ridz already there. They stare at each other for a moment, but Sid breaks away and Riddhima is left pinning for him.

"Morning guys. Dr. Siddhant aur Dr. Riddhima you guys have been assigned to attend to the children the orphanage at paanchigni. I know it's short notice, but it would be best if you two left right away. Both of you can go, now"-Shashank

Ridz was smiling at the thought of her getting assigned to work with Sid. She was already dreaming about the moments she would get to spend'to live with Sid. She was still unsure as to how she was going to prove her love to Sid, but she knew she wasn't going to let him go.

As Sid saw the goofy grin across Riddhima's face even he wanted to smile but he controlled himself.

"Muskura kyun rahi ho? Huh? Kya Dr. Shashank tumhe funny lag rahe the jo itna smile kar rahi ho?"-Sid

Ridz attempts to control her smile, but it had been eternities since she smiled wholeheartedly, so she couldn't help smiling at Sid.

As Sid is walking away from Riddhima, he also truly smiles for the first time!
