Hello Members:
There are some new rules DMG DT are implementing and there are some changes that are going to happen in the upcoming days.
1. All the AT's will be moving to CFC(Celebrity Fans Club) section effective Friday 23rd July.
- The intent of AT's is where we talk about the characters we love.. but lately it is becoming more of an area where characters are bashed and members instead of enjoying their AT's spend more time on their rival AT's reporting comments. We get reports for anything and everything on the AT's. Being in the CFC section you will all have ease on restrictions than what we have on the DMG forum.. and will be able to enjoy your AT.
To answer the few questions:
--Yes for the behaviour of a few the whole AT gets moved: We understand this but there has to be some ownership to be taken by all and AT's have been warned time and again and chances have been given but it is just not working.
--All the AT's get moved to be fair: Yes there are just few AT's that have issues but to keep with the fairness all AT's will be moved. Sorry about that.
DT will be monitoring the AT's and will be in touch with CFC DT's and if the conduct improves we will move the AT's back to the forum.
Hence forward ...Please open the next AT's in the CFC section.
2. Addition in Rules:
There will be a NO TOLERANCE RULE implemented from as of right now, this is in addition to the rules we already have.
They are as follows:
- If we see any member going off topic in the intent of ruining it.. they will be given a WL right away with a link to their comments. We are not going to be counting any violations or sending any PMs when this happens.
- If members disregard DT warnings/notes and continue with off topic comments.
- Cheap, crude, vulgar language and derogatory remarks toward .. members , characters, actors will absolutely not tolerated.Specifically Members refrain from getting personal with members over a show. Respect goes both ways.. give Respect and it will come back to you.
- Creating topics and Bashing and mocking DT. Everyone has the right to voice opinions and concerns.. let's do it in a good manner. Realize that DT is volunteering their time in keeping this forum. Getting personal and bashing them doesn't get any conversation listened to or taken action on. It just gets a negative feeling. Instead make a effort of talking with DT in a respectful manner to resolve issues.DT will not have any problem addressing them and making the right decision.
In addition DT would like to mention:
Please keep patience. DT as a life after IF. We are all busy in our personal life's (school, work, family) it is not possible to take action right away if there if there aren't DT available. Instead of reporting the same violation 10 times please keep patience and as soon as a DT member is online they will take action.
If you think this forum is chaotic .. Please do your bit .. DT is working really hard to connect with members and make this forum healthy like I said it goes both ways.Lets all work in making this forum enjoyable .. the 10mins- 15mins or the hours that we spend here.
Please make any questions/queries/concerns on this thread. DT will be answering your questions here. Please refrain from sending Pms to DT there will be no replies all the questions should be posted here.
