I would not say Shashank is biased I would say he is wrong !!

Firstly how can an intern be made incharge of discipline ,doesnt make sense ,secondly no offence to the charachter of Sid but we have hardly seen him work especially from the past couple of days,what when Armaan was talking about a case to him and JP and Sid kept asking if he could go since Riddhima was waiting for him in the canteen. I am not saying he is irresponsible or not a good doctor but he doesnt qualify to become a disciplanarian !

Secondly Armaan did play around when he was an intern but he WORKED , but the question is not of when he was an intern now he is a senior and I dont see any lack of responsiblity from his side ,Armaan has been very capable when it comes to work infact most of the time he wasnt even at fault but had to suffer.

Fcors sid shud b the D.O. n its not a biased decision AT ALL by shanky 👍🏼

first of all it was shanky who had the whim of suddenly putting up CC cams in the premises 🤔, agreed he had his own reasons but still HE did it

all the docs / interns (except S n R) were foolin around [:D/] right b/h the man himself , so fcors hez gonna b pissed more at them rather than at S or R 😉 who were busy doin their own thing 😆

besides, SR were "romancin" 😳 😳 in a secluded place where CC cams were not e1 supposed to b thr in the first place 😡 . so if not for shanky 😈 no1 wud've come to know abt their private moments. so hez to blame for the entire fiasco 😛

LOL cnt help but say "the jokes on u shanky, coz u jst got servvveeedd" 🤣 🤣

so the so called "intelligent / discilplinary" move by shanky turned out to b an unintentional prank .

in a nutshell, from shanky's pov, the "sinners" 😈 were those who made fun of him 🤡 were ALL xcept SnR who were havin a 1 off hubby-wifey moment (n rightfully so) 😉

At the onset let me pls say I am a fan of the erstwhile AR and don't watch dmg regularly now.... watched 2-3 episodes after SA came... and then stopped again.. still come to the forum .... and watched the friday episode because of Poco's posts....But I don't dislike Sid.... I am just saying this so you would hopefully not think that my opinion is because I am biased against Sid or something...

I think it is wrong to make Sid DO for senior docs and make him assign duties to them! I think it is sort of demeaning to the position of senior docs! all said and done both A and R are ( as per story atleast) exceptionally good doctors who care abt their patinets and the hospital and who have proved their worth over and over again in multiple situations! So it sort of feels bad to see an intern assigning duties to them!

I saw some replies by monar and a few others which said Armaan is not qualified because he has broken rules and some thing of the sort.... I think if you go by that no one including Sid is qualified for the post.. only Kirti is qualified... and by inclination... mostly Ridz.. although her chudailgiri is a deterrent... she brings personal in whereas Dr. Kirti was never personal to anyone even while scolding!! but then if it is a question of capability I think all of them - A, R and S - are capable of handling the job! I am sure if A was given the job he too would have fulfilled it really well! he did a really good job with the monitor job! and while R would have been on warpath.. it still would keep the senior doctor's position intact! or atleast they shud have made sid monitor or Do for the interns!

But anyway can't expect too much dmg creatives! if the intent was to make R see the serious side of S I think she could have seen it with Sid handling the interns also! anyway.. I hope Armaan doesn't stoop to kiddish levels and try sabotaging Sid since he has anyway been made DO! But I honestly think it is not the right thing... especially since all of them were equally wrong ... may be Armaan a little less than others ( but still he did dance and fool around although it seemed to be his attempt at salvaging the situation.... much as I would have liked a saner way of salvaging).... but anyway since all of them were equally wrong.. I think it is not right to put Sid as DO some how imlying that the senior docs are more irresponsible than interns!

Hope you guys won't hold my fan status against me and treat this as an honest opinion than one which is due to my membership in a certain fandom!

Take today for example. Shilpa didn't mean any harm and it was all for fun, but she replaced tetnus shots with sleep walking shot. TETNUS 😲 seriously? this is not a flu shot...tetnus can be fatal. I love Arsh so I am not trying to put them down. But all Armaan said was she was sorry! 😲 that's it Sorry?? that how a disciplinary officer is suppose to deal with an action such as replacing important shots?

I like all 4 characters, no bias involved in this. It's just weird to see comments that accuse Shashank of being partial when the fans themselves are being partial and highly biased.

I wouldn't say Shashank is partial or anything! But who said Armaan wont be responsible! If he was DO I am sure he would have dealt with Shilpa much better than R! Shouting like R does by attacking someone personally ( thru words only) is not really done... Dr. Kirti never did that! and I am sure Armaan would have been a very responsible DO if he was made DO! He saying whatever he said to R was only because she was really attacking Shilpa personally ... very unlike how Dr.Kirti scolds!

Although Shashank has misunderstood him many times he has never been irresponsible abt work! But I don't have any problem with Armaan not being DO! Just that attempt at trying to say Sid is much better than both the senior doctors and intern assigning duties to senipor doctors really puts them down right? That is the only thing I have a problem with ... especially since this is like Armaan was just caught in the situation and not really like he was playing a prank!

If Shashank had made Anjie or Ridz or rahul the one to assign duties to dr. Kirti, shubhankar after the holi episode where Kirti and shubhanker were both talli how would it have been? That is the only i want to ask.. I find it really wierd that a hospital chief would do something that would irreparably damage the standing of two senior doctors by making them report to an intern!

For God's sakes Sid took those vulgar pics with his daughter that then got distributed in the hospital. Also even now he hasn't been the best behaved intern. Romancing your wife on duty in the hospital is a big no no.

i second that..i mean if i was in shanky place i wud send sid to jail rather thn making my own daughter..oops sorry adopted daughter marrying to that man who spolied her lyf n secondly no woman on this earth atleast the woman i knw wud never fall in luv wid a guy who took obscene pics wid her n defamed her in front of the whole staff ..more imp i wud never ever get married to that person only..!

Why does everyone keep bringing in the whole picture fiasco between SR? As far as i know, that was OUTSIDE the hospital. It's their personal life, it shouldn't affect Riddhima or Sid's professional life. 😕
