Oh, nice to hear that you were kinda missing me...(joke). I think you diverted the whole point on talking something else. However, if you really pay close attention to the scene, you will see how Arman left Ridz-he left her cruelly (without touching and covering her) though she needed the most him at the time. He simply/completely ignored her on her worst time which usually ppl don't do it, especially doctors should not be doing it. You may he was mentally unstable....if that was the case, then how did he sensed to take her "payal and other stuff" off and carried away with him?

Clicking picture with a woman was obviously wrong and I do accep that fact. However, did Sid mean to spoil Ridz character and dignity? It was an incident that happened unfavorly and unintentionally. Frankly speaking, Rid was too much during that time......she was crossing all the boundaries and limits.

The whole panchagani sequence was logicless bullshit shown by the CVs to make the SR track work....Don't try to find logic there.SNOW FALL IN PANCHGANI??What LOGIC does that have??Asmani rang ho playing in gramphone?WHAT LOGIC does that have??CVs have gone totally insane for a while and the track was made then!!That is all I can say!!And if they had KSG working for them then they would have never done that. They just had to use a body double to double the TRPs....they are soooo damn greedy for TRPs!!

Forget the villagers, at least put her on the bed. But I figured they didn't show that because KSG wasn't there, it'd be hard to shoot, maybe.

Also, maybe he tried arranging after he left, but Sid came, they left that place, etc. But again, these are all assumptions. Back then the CVs wanted to show just SR, maybe showing A not helping, the CVs wanted us to start disliking A for doing that? Like me, I was like "WTH IS HE DOING!?" SR then already started on their friendship road, if I'm not mistaken... the rest led to what is happening now. They had to show Sid as the hero, rather than Armaan. And I think that oath was probably one of the last things on his mind. 😆 Do the CVs themselves know about this oath?

Very good post. :)

AHHH Psycho I agree to everything you said! I also questioned Armaan's behavior at that moment but I came to the same conclusion did. Either it was the BD issue or they wanted to make A look negative and help SR's story to go ahead! Also we should keep in mind that it's DMG we are talking about...A show where things like these don't matter and they show more importance to masala scenes!

Anyway once again great reply Psycho too bad no one acknowledges posts that don't instigate and instead offer a legitimate reason to the question presented <3

To be honest, the CVs probably didn't even think KSG would be back someday. They showed Armaan didn't help, Sid is the hero, and went on with SR track. Now that he's back, it makes Armaan seem like a douche, and gives Riddhima the excuse of "tum mujhe marne ke liye chod ke chale gayye the." Like seriously, the way Armaan was portrayed for 2 years, he wouldn't have done that.

Aangelis put on a good excuse for it though. Maybe Armaan didn't realize that something was indeed wrong as he didn't diagnose her. Or he knew Sid would be coming any minute to save her.

Armaan definitely knew Sid was around as he said so himself that Sid is a good friend of Riddhima's who went to Panchgani to help her find him. He was perhaps relying on Sid.

It does seem like he didn't do anything. But as I said before, you never know.. maybe he did try to.

LMAO. <3 Awws thanks. :)

Exactly. Like how would they show Armaan helping? With the body double? They used some KaSh scenes to show his face, everything else seemed so fake. Trying to help her would just make it difficult for the CVs.

And exactly. Sid was the supposed hero during those times. They needed to show him as the hero; no one else. If Armaan was shown as the hero, the herogiri would be shared. And the CVs were trying to convince the viewers that SR can work, and I believe many people DID get convinced. Siddy boy came, saved Riddhima and the rest is history.. until Armaan came back, lol.

I agree. DMG is all about masala scenes. Forget about the oath, they forgot they're interns/doctors in a hospital and don't even treat patients! :|

All I am going to say is this oath is taken by the medical students and "Practicing" Doctors! It's commendable that you went to such lengths in explaining and spreading knowledge about what the Oath stands for but at the same time you should also know when and how this Oath is applicable on a "doctor"
The Oath Clearly says "Do No Harm"
The Oath under no circumstances tells a NON-Practicing Doctor or a Doctor lacking competence at the moment to treat a patient. It was told in the show that Armaan was in a Psychiatric Facility. He might have had the ability to take the payal and kangan off of Riddhima but he did not necessarily have the mental stability and competence that a doctor should have to treat his patient..
According to AMA's Policy "E-10.05 Potential Patients"
(3) In situations not covered above (listed in the policy), it may be ethically permissible for physicians to decline a potential patient when:
(a) The treatment request is beyond the physician's current competence.
For further information you can log on to http://www.ama-assn.org/ama/pub/physician-resources/medical-ethics/code-medical-ethics/frequently-asked-questions.shtml

Be reminded that Hippocratic Oath might be the same universally but there are many legal aspects attached to it that are internationally variable.

Even if we look at Legal and Ethical aspects of AMA's policies, there are a lot of sections and subsections that you'll find which underline the situations under which a "Practicing and Non-Practicing" Physicians can perform their duty of Do No Harm

If you are still not satisfied, then I suggest you call the Cvs of the show and find out if they even know about the Hippocratic Oath and it's Ethics! 😊

On a lighter note, nowhere in the Hippocratic Oath AMA and I am pretty sure even the IMA (Indian Medical Association) will it say that after a "Practicing Doctor" treats a patient of hypothermia with body heat (a last resource medical procedure for Hypothermia patients..) he should go on and marry her! 😉

No offence intended! 😃

what happens to hypocratic oath taken by so called Dr.Shashank.....head of sanjivani....who knows very well that ammy's mental condition will be worst in future and he will need someone ......still he let him go...and stay alone .......

dont u think all doctor in sanjivani is at fault at that time....is shashank a good doctor...........i said the answer is there in your post....

he and all the docs who knows about ammy's condition are the real culprit....so just deal with them first....than talk about ammy................

Exactlyyy I doubt they could use that jungle scene and show Armaan helping Riddhima. ROFLLL agreed on the part of interns not even treating patients...When they do treat their idea of treatment is getting ppl married in the cafeteria to cure them!

All in all it's DMG babe, keep logic out of it <3 Also the scene happened like LONG time ago why question it now?! Jo hogaya so hogaya enjoy the triangle now which is the current track!
