According to current script Dr Arman is suffering from some psychotic disorder due to the World famous accident happened on 21st September. In the last few episode, Ridhima has been searching for Arman and pseudo Arman was playing hide and seek with her in Panchgani.

In the meantime, Dr Siddhant, the new intern who joined Sanjeevani decided to switch his career. He is atleast doing good work in his internship as very dedicated body guard of Dr. Ridhima and a very obedient puppet of Dr Shashank.

Due to some unavoidable circumstances created by writers, Dr Ridhima has to marry his body guard and current intern Dr. Siddhant. Why Dr. siddhant agreed for this marriage is still questionable as he was in Sanjeevani to become Doctor not Ridhima pati?But when his exlove and other intern can leave internship in 3 months for his father, he can definietly do that for Ridhima's father.

They will be going to get married in some temple when DR Arman will come back.
Dr Ridhima will be next Tulsi who will then run from her marriage and refuse to marry Siddhant. But from creative director to actor everyone is clueless about his return, not only this they are clueless about their next week track.
