so the big question that worries me is

what is your theory on AR wedding?

kya yeh shaadi hogi yeh nahi?

is there a new villian to come

are the new interns have any part to do with this

i want to know your opinon on this

ans-yes they will but not now, later.
new villian???no. new interns will join but they will have situations among themselves to solve.the present interns will become senior doctors.so------------AR+marriage=yes
new interns as problem between them+villian=no
therefore theory cleared.
